I had multiple questions about both Social Security and Medicare.
Bryan explained to me, in detail. The different options available to me. He helped me to complete the paperwork and file it. He informed me of time frames and what to expect with my choices. He was my guide through the whole process.
Mary helped me with appointments, items I needed to bring to the appointments, and all of the initial contact information for each visit.
I highly recommend their services. Before meeting with them I had no idea how to navigate Social Security and Medicare services.

Derek helped find the best plan that meets all of my needs, explains how my insurance works and is able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Derek keeps me informed of the yearly Medicare changes. I would recommend anyone to Derek to help you with your Medicare benefits.

I was curious about the whole Medicare Part C with tons of questions because I didn't understand all of it and I didn't want to mess up my current Medicare or Medicaid benefits and found it quite overwhelming and gave Derek Teter a call to see if he could explain it to me he offered to make me an appointment at the office but I explained to him that I don't have transportation, so Derek said that wasn't a problem and made a special trip to my house in Marceline to explain everything and answer all my questions. Derek made me feel extremely comfortable talking to me and making conversation like I was an old friend he's known for years. He cleared up all my confusion where I was no longer overwhelmed we found what worked best for me even went as far as to help me find a primary doctor and make sure everything I needed was covered and I didn't lose anything. I can't say enough good about Derek I'll be sending everyone I know to him.
If you're looking to tale advantage of all the wonderful benefits that come with Part C and it seems like one big ole mess to you if you want it done neater go with Derek Teter

However, Brian Pettig from Senior Benefit Services is an example of a truly kind and conscientious professional. I am lucky enough to be somewhat tech savvy, but some of my friends are not. Brian takes care of all our insurance needs and makes sure we are not confused and overwhelmed by all the misleading information that assaults seniors.
