Had a very special occasion for my folks planned. We ordered a 40x60 tent with tables and chairs. The came out, set it up very quickly and in professional and courteous manner. Everything performed better than I expected due to bad weather the day before. When it was all over, they came and took it down just as nicely 👍

Just had a major event in Joplin, Mo and Weiser Tent made the event perfect. They took care of all the details, set up and tear down. They are very much about customer service and I very much appreciate Kerri and all her help in putting this all together. I highly recommend Weiser Tent!!!

Rented a 40x60 tent for revival services in Omaha Arkansas . Was originally scheduled fro 2 weeks lasted about 3 months . Weiser Tent Service was very friendly to work with . Very friendly staff , will use their service again .

Heard they are top notch at fixing and repairing tarps on semi trailers. Dropped my belt trailer off there today to get rebuild on tarp system finished product review later .

I have been working with this company for years. They always do what they say they will do, and do it well. Would highly recommend

My husband and I drove 3 1/2 hours one way twice to drop off and pick up our 30x50 tent which was supposed to be professionally cleaned and repaired and patched in three small places. When we got there to pick it up, it had NOT been cleaned. They said they forgot to clean it-when we dropped the tent off (and when we first talked to them on the phone) we specifically said the main thing we wanted done was for it to be cleaned and we verified that was what the secretary put on the ticket. They charged us $745 for the repair which is ridiculous and we didn’t get done what really needed done. Believe me the repairs were small and would not had to have been done. The tent had been there a month and we had an event to set it up for the next day so we couldn’t leave it and drive back again-7 hours round trip and we all know the cost of gas/diesel. TERRIBLE service and crazy expensive.

First let me say the company employs some very nice people! The ladies I spoke to were very nice and helpful! Customer service on that end was great. The reason for the one star review is a disappointing story. Me and my now wife planned our wedding and used this company to get our table cloths for our wedding. We spent nearly 500 dollars renting table cloths. When we initially went in we chose our color which was a navy blue. The day of the wedding I picked up the table cloths, took them to the venue and began setting up. While laying out the table cloths I noticed they all had deep lines in the cloth. Secondly, nearly all of the table cloths had dark stains all over them. Third and worst of all there were three different shades of navy. Unfortunately we did not have time nor the money to find a new company and rent new table cloths. Instead of using this company we could have purchased brand new table cloths for only 50 dollars more and been able to resell them later to get money back. Very disappointed.

We had a Customer Appreciation Day back at the beginning of October and I read the reviews on this business but decided to still give them a chance. After reading the reviews, I called and verified with lady that took my order that it the tent would include the walls. She assured me yes there were included. I then called again the day they set up she the lady said yes the walls were up. I drove all the way out there to the event the day before to check and there were no walls. I called her back and she said that she would have them dropped off. AGAIN, i specified not just dropped off but put up. She said yes. Low and behold I go out there the day of the event and walls are thrown at the corner and not put up. I tried calling but of course they don't have an emergency number and are out of the office on weekends. WE have to scramble to put them up ourselves. I called the next business day for a partial refund since i was lied to and had to do most of the work myself and was told that a manager would call me back about the refund. I called twice and no call back and over a month later still no refund. This company is one of the crappiest companies I have ever dealt with. I would rather go without a tent at an event than use them EVER AGAIN.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!! What you see in the showroom is NOT what you will get. When we went to the Hollister showroom, we saw beautiful white chairs, a nice shiny dance floor & clean tables. When they arrived at our event, the chairs were disgusting! They were covered in dirt, black scuff marks and rips on the seat cushions. The tables were held together with packing tape. The dance floor was dirty, waterlogged and mismatched. Trying to get them to make it right was impossible! The owner would not even talk to us unless it was before 530 in the morning! Then was super rude when we finally got to him. He actually said "They still owe a thousand dollars on the bill. Let's call it even and they can put that thousand dollars towards their divorce." Yeah... he actually said that! WOW......just, WOW!!! His staff covers for him well. Lots of excuses. Terrible customer service!!! Go somewhere else! Drive further & and pay more before you use these people. It's not worth the hassle they will cause you!

Do not use them! !! They said my tent was set up yesterday and it was not! I called today and when I finally got an answer they said they would be there by 5 that they must not have put is in the computer, it is now 6 and no tent and no answer. Why did they say it was set if we were not in the sysyem! They already cashed my check. I have left messages with no return calls. DO NOT USE THEM! ! It's not worth the stress and headache! !
