Horrible experience. 3 trips to this bank today just to be added to my husband's account that's already established. He and I live on opposite ends of the state right now so being able to get together during business hours is difficult to say the least. 1st visit, I had an old bank debt that needed to be taken care of. Fine, I get that. Left and took care of it in full. It was only a little over 200. Paid. Got an email confirmation and showed where it had been paid and taken out of my husband's account. That wasn't good enough. Got a better email showing an actual 0 balance. Got back for the 3rd trip, with the email. Now all of a sudden the system was down, (even the next teller was opening up a savings and a checking) and the Manager was gone and she's the ONLY one that can decide if this email will work or now. She proceeds to come out and tell us that despite calling a Regional Manager, the decision is ultimately theirs and can choose to allow me on the account or not. There's ALOT of money that goes into that account with no issues ever. The money was pulled out and we will find elswhere to do our business.

On my banking app I am getting charged for items in pending when I was told when I started my account I don't get charged for negative pending items as long as I get money in that day. Sorry not sorry banks should only be allowed one fee a day not per item.
