Ocean County Off Leash Dog Area

There’s two area, one for small and the other big dogs. My small dog loves it. She can just roam around and be free. Free baggies. We just chilled there for an hour and she basked in the sun.

Our first time here. My pup was a bit apprehensive when the other dogs came around but he quickly came out of his shell and had a blast. Plenty of space for dogs. Well kept. Plenty of poop bags and trash cans available. Accessible to fresh water. Best $5 i ever spent!

Lots of nice people. Fun and playful dogs. Some still need to be mindful of their pets pooping and picking up after them. We go at least twice per week.

Very nice, clean, well maintained park. Lots of room for lots of dogs and owners were very courteous and attentive to their dogs.

Best offleash park in Ocean County! Decent size park and there are trees that provide shade. You will need to get a permit. It costs $5. In order to obtain a permit, you will need a dog license first.

My dog Lenny absolutely loves it here!! It's very well maintained, pretty big and clean so the dogs can Interact and get lots of exercise. They also have poop clean up bags and water and water bowls for the dogs. They also have tables for the owners to sit and watch. Very nice place.. I will be taking my dog back there again soon!❤

My dog has the time of his life there. He's born to run and this place is good because I don't have a fenced in yard at home. He looks forward to playing with the other dogs and I enjoy talking to all the different dog owners young and old. I find everybody to be very pleasant and friendly with one thing we all have in common, we love our dogs.

Nala loves it here! She is still small enough to go into the small dog park or she can have her fun in the big dog section.
Everyone we have met so far is very friendly! and no one has backed off or lectured us once they learn the breed of our dog, which is a nice change.

This place is great for dogs. They are an off leash dog park. The 6 foot fenced area for big dogs is the size of a baseball feild. Water for the dogs and benches for the masters. They have a separate park for the smaller dogs which is about 20x100 feet. Double gated for both. This is a gem.

Our favorite place to take our 2 large Huskies who love to run! There is a small fee (5$ per dog annually) to enter the park to the Ocean County Recreation Center. Your dog must be registered to your town with up to date documentation and vaccinations. You can bring the vaccination and town registration documentation to the Rec Office in the Ocean County Mall and they can process it for you. It's worth it, the park is well maintained, monitored, and clean.

I was so impressed with the sheer size of the place. I have been to many dog parks in the southwest, and was surprised how spacious this location was. It had a great water section to water your dogs as well as kiddie pools. We need more dog parks like this.

Nice place to bring your pet. They have 2 fence in areas, one for smaller dogs, the other for large/small dogs.

The park is very well maintained and the people are very friendly. Lots of space for dogs to run and play. There is a smaller section for smaller dogs also. During warmer months they have running water for the dogs.

Dog friendly, wonderful clean, sandy area, dogs love the freedom to run & play and simply be a dog! Kudos to their owners who love and care enough to bring their dogs outside to exercise and socialize. Please be sure to pick up after your dog!

The park by Miller air park is best. Very flat and you can keep a good eye on your pet. People are friendly just say hello and start a conversation. Have never met a rude person there.

Very nice park clean very large most people very friendly. But like usual there has to be one old miserable person who just needs a little more medication. and it was her dog that wasn't that friendly to the others.

Recently Spent 2 hrs at the off leash dog park with our dog Clyde, Clyde had a great time learning how to play with other dogs. Will be taking Clyde back there for more fun.
