The receptionist is rude, and uncaring. Her answer is always a snide remark. This isn’t someone who should have this position.

Wish they’d pick up after holiday instead of waiting a week after example Memorial Day instead of a Tuesday they come following Monday

Horrible service. Sanitation department has zero control over their employees. Trash collectors are deranged, lazy and incompetent and do whatever they want with no oversight or consequences. Supervisors are just as useless. No wonder these clowns pick up garbage for a living. Pathetic.

Terrible trash and recycling services. Today the recycling truck came and he did not totally remove all the recycling from the bin, threw it down on the ground and at least 10 plastics and paper fell out and flew around the neighborhood in the wind. I had to run around chasing the trash and pick it all up -- not easy with a bad back. Tried calling them and the phone rang off the hook. How about getting an answering machine???

I would give them zero stars if possible.
