We LOVE living at West Lake! It's a bit older, which gives it a homey lived I feel. It's well maintained and the office staff are awesome, very friendly, and seem to care about their tenants! The maintenance staff are super easy to work with, very friendly, seem knowledgeable about their particular trade, and are quick with repairs. We truly love living here!!
Only thing I would like to see: fix and update the gym. We would use it daily!!

We live in Dakota Manor. Goldmark/Timberland manages our complex. It's a great location, close to everything. Comes with a free garage. Our unit is older but in good, upkept condition. The level of service from Goldmark is what really makes a difference to my family. The maintenance manager Chris is incredible. He is very quick to get to any issue we've had. The few small things that have come up were all promptly addressed. He really cares about us tenants living here and goes the extra mile every time. The manager of our complex too, Tori, is very friendly & professional to work with always. It's surprising to me for the reasonable rent we pay that we have this level of service & attention. Would highly recommend Dakota Manor, Goldmark, Chris & Tori.

Elissa and her team make Carlton Place shine. Elissa gave me the most amazing experience I have ever had when searching for an apt. She actually sat me down and asked questions, listened, and helped find the perfect apt for me. I mentioned having no stairs, so my mom in her wheelchair could visit more often, her face lit up when she had a place that she thought would be perfect. Her and her team’s dedication and love to the job really shows through in everything they do, which made choosing this property an easy yes for me. I’m sure any property under their care is a wonderful option, as they care about their tenants and making sure their homes are up to date and up to their high standards. I am excited for hopefully many years to come at Carlton Place.

I have only good things to say about Pacific South. Everyone my wife and I have met with who works in the University Square office has been so friendly and genuine that it really did, from day one, make me feel like I was home and wanted here. We were both also surprised by how great the apartment is. For the price we pay, we didn't expect that the apartment would be so new, clean, spacious and in such a great neighborhood. We're both really happy here.

Harrison and Richfield has been wonderful to work with. No hitches, just got us straight in the apartment ASAP. All our questions and concerns were answered promptly and knowledgeably. Got maintenance in the next day to repair a broken door. Gave us a pizza cutter and blanket as a welcoming gift. Really pleased with our experience here so far. And yes, we ate pizza that first night. And yes, it was delicious.

Was able to qualify for an apt through Fargo Housing. Jessica Brown is fantastic at helping. Just hope it doesn't take too long to move in. Weather is a big factor. Thank you.

Trey from LakeCrest - was super friendly and super helpful- he was willing to ask his boss questions if he didn’t know answers. He Promptly responded to emails. Trey Worked with me to meet for apartment showing and paperwork. Other office people really friendly- overall great atmosphere. They want to help

I am disabled and my apartment is perfect for me. With the mail access on the inside, elevators and garage parking underground. No snow removal!! It's also spacious enough for me to get around with my walker with ease without bumping into everything. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The building is always clean and smelling fresh. I have enjoyed living here!

I love that the apartment office is within a short walk! Treena was fabulous. I love my apartment. I like the security with locked main entrance. It is so peaceful and quiet here. I love the cool breeze with windows open, and the sun only filters in. Excellent surroundings with trees, manicured grass, and low traffic. The rent is very reasonable.

I am still settling in, and my experience so far has been wonderful! Management has consistently been friendly, helpful, timely, and gone above and beyond to answer my questions or give me information. Likewise, my neighbors have all been welcoming and friendly. Although my move to Twin Oaks was for difficult reasons, my experience here has been amazing and so incredibly positive thanks to the support of strong management and the embrace of this community! I couldn't be happier!

Stonebridge in Fargo has been a wonderful place to live. Management is amiable, understanding, and helpful. For the price, you get a lot out of living in this Goldmark building. Building upkeep is clearly a priority, so you will always be greeted with a welcoming and clean environment. The only thing I would note is that if you need to get a hold of the building's management, it is easier just to go to the main office. Calling is not always the best route.

The best place to live! Office staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, Andy reliable! If you live with any other management besides goldmark…your renting from the wrong management! I relocated from out of state and was unable to preview any apartments directly. Pinehurst apartments in person were even better than what I saw online. They are a great value for all the space you get, super clean and well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating even though most of my communication was done remotely. I would definitely recommend them if you are relocating. They exceeded my expectations, and that’s saying something.

We live in Bismarck, ND. We have only been in this apartment for 3 months but so far we love it. Double car garage, hookups for our washer & dryer in our apartment, workout room in the same building, & bucket of rock salt in entry for renters to use if needed. They have been very quick to plow the driveways & sanded them. We even got to pick the accent color walls & the management went the extra mile to properly install handicapped handles in the tub for us & a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Excellent management service. We plan on being here for years.
