I'm disappointed that the ratings only go up 5 stars. I would rate the service closer to 10.
The equipment and personnel are second to none.
Drew, the operator, was personable and explained my system when asked. Very knowledgeable and respectful of our property. Great job..

I asked Denny's if they could pump out my septic tank. The response time was quicker than I anticipated. The driver who pumped out the tank was friendly, professional, dressed nicely and was very efficient. I will definitely use their services again.

Outstanding service! From the initial phone call to the tech coming out. Kevin was wonderful. We had water back up and he found the issue. Very friendly and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

I cant say enough good things about Denny’s Septic service. This is the second time I have dealt with this company and they are, hands down, the best septic service company I have ever dealt with. They are very responsive and know their trade well. Very professional company and the drivers have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. The drivers have already been willing to take the time to answer questions and are extremely careful with how they treat the area around the septic system, especially the lid. When they were done yesterday, you could hardly tell the tank had been pumped out because he took the time to replace all the grass around the hole that was dug to get to the lid. This is a great company and it seemed like everyone i spoke to was happy to working for them. Thank you for the great service!!!!

We have used Denny’s Septic Service several times for routine maintenance of our septic system and are always pleased with the quality of their service and attention to detail. Brian was our service professional. He called to confirm on the morning of our appointment, arrived on time, answered all of my questions and was courteous and respectful of our property. The customer service person via phone for scheduling is friendly and was able to book us for the next day. Would certainly use them again.

We contacted Denny's Septic Service for septic draining. This is our first year in a home with a septic system. Brian was nice and professional. He answered our questions without complaining. He is a pretty funny guy. So happy we decided to do business with this company.

Contracted Denny's for a septic pump-out. Scheduled for 7:30AM. Truck was at my house dead-on 7:30AM. Pump out completed, no issues. Quick inspection by Denny's, all is good. Talked about maintenance. Overall great service, very professional, concerned with customer, took time to advise and cost very reasonable. This was my first time with Denny's, won't be my last.

Denny’s came out to clean out our septic tank. Kevin was professional and friendly, took the time to make sure the tank was cleaned out properly and the pipes were running clear with no blockages. When he was finished the dirt and grass was put back in place that you can’t even tell anything was disturbed. I will definitely use Denny’s in the future!

Had a issue with my septic system the tank needed to be pumped I called Dennys and within 45 minutes Drew was here and had the tank pumped clean
I haven’t had a septic system since 1986 so this is quite new to me.
Drew was extremely knowledgeable and a big help in figuring out the potential problem
I can not say enough about him and the company
