Cinnaminson Animal Hospital

I've been coming to CAH since my first cat adopted me in 2013. They've had several Vets over the years, but they've all been good, caring Dr's. The staff is always friendly and the Vet Techs are great and obvious animal lovers. I've also boarded my cat there when going on vacation. I've always had a good experience and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend.

The people here are amazing, reception, med assistants, and the doctors. They're caring, understanding and treat your pets as if they were their own. They really make you and your pets feel special and comfortable. I highly recommend Cinnaminson Animal Hospital.

First time here, love the fact that we got to wait with Mochi in our own room, not a general waiting area. Dr Wilson and her aid were honest, nice, and the price was right. This will be Mochi's Vet forward. ❤

The folks at Cinnaminson Animal Hospital are AMAZING. You can immediately sense that your pet will be treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Robyn and her staff are patient and always willing to take the time to fully explain the diagnosis and prognosis for your pet. I've been doing rescue work for more than 40 years and have worked with many vets, Dr Robyn ranks among best vets that I have ever had the privilege to work with. I can't tell you how much the entire staff means to us. Our Buddy is our "dog son," and as he ages we have at times made an appt for the slightest change in behavior. They never ever make us feel like we are overreacting or wasting their time. In fact they even email us detailed responses to our questions. We trust them wholly to guide both us and Buddy for the duration of our journeys. We also have used their boarding services many many times. Buddy walks in so happy to see everyone. Thank you Staff, you mean the world to us!

Check-in process was simple. They went over what vaccinations my dog needed and when I asked for the total cost, they gave it to me upfront so no surprises. Our vet trip ended with a treat and pup cup. Overall great experience

I recently got a new puppy and decided to change from my old vet to Cinnaminson. Their prices are reasonable and they are very responsive. I have oy had good experiences here so far and I am glad I chose them instead of my old vet for my late dog. They are very caring and careful and don't try to up sell you on services. They take into consideration the size of the puppy for shots and are willing to do everything they can to ensure the pup has a positive experience. Thank you cinnaminson vet, for all your care this far.

Update for 2023:
I got ANOTHER puppy in 2021 who I take here along with my other pup and they always are so accommodating. Dr Steiner and her staff are awesome. I got my boy neutered here earlier this year and he had a speedy recovery. My boy needs his anal glands done often and they always fit him in. I really love this place.

Grade A Vet with an intelligent and knowledgable staff. My Rottweiler suffered from a severe skin infection for almost 2 years. I took him to 3 vets prior in Fishtown/Northern liberties to diagnose the issue and they all said he suffered from skin allergies and my best option was an expensive allergy med called Apoquel for the rest of his life. Anastasia Garzillo immediately identified the problem as an infection and provided a solution through a compounding pharmacy. My dog is now infection free and has all his hair back. This place is 15 minutes over the bridge from Philly and is worth the ride to get your pet the care needed. They also have evening hours for those who work during the day.

I've been going here for over 10 yes with my dog Bandit the people who woke here are the most compassionate and caring people I've ever know. Doctor Steiner is the best vet you could ever ask for. Recently I had to put down my little buddy and they were all so wonderful I will always use this practice even when I get another dog

I can't say enough good things about this place!! Event through a pandemic, they were still quick, efficient, and caring. Anytime I bring my cat here she is in and out with what feels like minutes. She always seems calm afterwards and the staff always greats you like you're family. We love it here!

Absolutely the best Veterinary practice! Have been using them for over 18 years. Very satisfied with them! I had to put my Dog down and it was VERY hard for me, the staff was so understanding and helpful during this very emotional event.

The absolute best vet around! We drive past two other vets just to get here. Dr. Garzillo is amazing and you can tell how much she really cares about the animals. We have three pups so we're there quite frequently and everyone is incredibly helpful- the girls at the desk, the techs, and all of the doctors. We would never go anywhere else- they treat our dogs like they are their own.

After using many vets over the years in the various places I've lived, I have to say that Dr. Steiner is the absolute best vet to have ever cared for my pets. She is so great with my dogs; puts them at ease and thoroughly enjoys them. She was so caring when we had to put our Gracie down a little over a month ago. Can't say enough good things about tis practice.

Our dogs have been happy patients at Cinnaminson Animal Hospital since 1995. From our first rescue, and now, with our other 2. The doctors and the staff are absolutely fabulous. Two of our dogs have had issues, and we are forever grateful for the care they have gotten. So knowledgeable and loving, we are always at ease when there a problem arises. I have, and will always recommend this practice to my friends and family. It just doesn't get better than this!

Being new to the area last year and trying to find the perfect vet for my senior puppers was stressful. Thankfully I was referred to Cinnaminson animal hospital cause they have taken such good care of us. Feel like they always find a way to squeeze me in when my dog is having an issue.... and never make me feel like an over protective dog mama. They are super sweet and always so helpful!!

Appointment at 9:20 - Arrival text at 9:28. I was told my dog could not be seen because we were late. This follow-up was on the schedule for weeks (not some type of emergency squeeze-in). I know I was late, but it surprised me because 8 minutes usually doesn’t = cancellation at other offices I’ve gone to.

After some back and forth, they did see my dog for her follow-up. The care is top-notch, which is why I gave 5 stars. But this is a heads up of sorts for clients to help prevent frustrations likes this in the future.

This was my 1st visit to this vet. I recently moved here and I am picky when choosing a vet, guess we all are! I couldn't go in with my baby because of COVID so I was nervous. My appointment was at 11. Check in was quick and still thorough. The appointment again quick yet thorough. Roxxy went in around 11:15 & we left at about 11:40. That is awesome especially during these times . All the staff was super friendly. I have another appointment for Ruby, my other dog next Saturday...

I am extremely happy to have found Cinnaminson Animal Hospital. We recently moved into the area after buying our first house, and our two dogs have not acclimated well to the change. They both suffer from anxiety issues and have been causing damage to the house and themselves. I worked with Annie at the front desk to set up an appointment- she was exceedingly nice and accommodating. The experience of scheduling was very pleasant and stress-free. Dr. Garzillo saw both of my dogs on the same day and she was, by far, the most friendly and understanding professional that I have ever dealt with. She was kind and knowledgeable, and actually took time to discuss their issues with me and answered all of the questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you have a choice. My previous vet was fine, but Cinnaminson Animal Hospital has completely blown them out of the water. It's obvious that Dr. Garzillo (and everyone else) actually cares about your pets. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I have 2 large Akitas and took them both to the Cinnaminson Animal Hospital at the same time. Little did I realize how difficult it would be to handle the 2 dogs simultaneously. One of the veterinary technicians came outside to help me manage the dogs and she even took the time to stay outside with one dog while I took the other one inside. What a pleasant, nurturing environment both inside and outside this wonderful place. My dogs received excellent care.
