It was great! Decent sized spot. Stayed in lot 1. Would definitely camp there again. Btw had no issues with ticks, only saw 1 the entire time.

Great campsite. It's a primitive campsite and the state only provides outhouses and fire ring w/ a grill here. It's very cheap and fun campground. Park rangers are friendly and they patrol the campground regularly and will stop and chat. Lots of trails to go hiking and places to go. Wading pines RV campground is nearby and they play some loud music but it goes away by quiet hours. Bring extra water and firewood with you when you go. Beautiful Pine Forest.

If you want to go camping this is the place. Hike in the woods make your fire and cook your meal. If you can't go without a shower or don't like bugs and strange noises at night then camping may not be right for you.

Campgrounds spread out nicely, stay out of the brush and you will be good (chiggers in brush). Quiet on early week days, weekend lota of noise from neighboring campground.

The campground is clean an set up nicely plus you are camping in the pinelands of NJ, some of the most beautiful and unique pieces of land to be found anywhere.
