Today was my first time here! I read the google reviews and decided to try it since I live close by. I was early for my call ahead appointment and taken right on time/a few minutes early. My stylist was Jenny T. She was VERY precise with my shaping and making sure multiple times that my nails were even. She checked herself after every step of filing to make sure the length was not uneven. I really appreciate that she was that prideful of her work to make sure it was accurate! I don’t mind paying $55 for a set when the artist does a great job! I will be back to see Jenny and am so happy I bit the bullet and tried a new place!

The older gentleman (owner possibly) was super sweet and kind. Leah, the technician who did my nails, was very nice, fast and actually listened to how I said I wanted them. I made an account and will definitely be coming back for my nailcare. Thank you, Rio Nails!

I love this place, found them about two years ago. They understand the assignment! Whatever I want they make it happen. Annie is my go to girl! She will always double check I like how it’s working out throughout the process! When she does my eyebrows she just cleans them up for me and they always look perfect!

Rio Nails always does a great job and they are extremely clean. Masks are still required, which I don’t mind and makes me feel safer as you could be sitting close to a stranger. Their prices are very fair and the staff is very professional. The gentleman who works there is so friendly and sweet. I would recommend making an appointment as they do get crowded and can be under-staffed. But if you have an appointment they do their best to get you in very close to your time. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for about a year yr n half now. I've never had any issues until today. Tiana took me a half hour after my appointment which was ok I didn't mind I had time to wait. She told me my nails were too long for crackle polish but it had to be more of a time issue because she wouldn't take off one of my nails for me and file. She went away so I had other techs here doing my nails. While she was away I got fungus. So it grew out and it was time to cut and place a new tip on. She told me the reason I had fungus was because my nails were too long and needed to be cut down. I've had long nails for quite some time and have been fine. I've been getting my nails done since I was a teen. I think I have a pretty good idea of how things should play out. I understand it's a holiday weekend but this is why I booked an appointment. I went to speak with another employee he's great he knows what he's doing. He agreed that it indeed could of been removed and the nail cut. She told him she already filed it once but she just came back I've had her do my nails once and nothing was done to that nail then. The situation could of been handled differently. I spend alot there and Tiana's tip is always generous. Extremely disappointed with this visit. My pedicure wasn't the best last visit either. I guess it's time to start looking again for a new salon🙍🏽‍♀

Wow! What a beautiful salon! Clean and excellent service. Fast and capable technicians and top of the line nail products. Did not leave any residue on finger tips and went all the way to the edges. Perfect filing and every nail was even. Did not have to “fix” anything when I got home. Stellar experience! I highly recommend Rio salon!!!

I lived in Philly for 10 years, never found a good salon where the polish lasted. Moved to NJ and let me tell you this place is THE BEST. So clean, every girl I’ve had do my nails has been incredible and nice. Super clean salon with consistent covid precautions in place. LOVE THIS !!!

My son scheduled me an appointment for Christmas. I have not had a mani or pedi in many years. The salon was clean and the staff friendly and polite. The very nice lady that gave me the mani pedi seemed to take her time and did a nice job. I will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Simple, quick and affordable!

I walked in around 6:30 pm on a Monday requesting a Gel refill, Pedicure and Waxing. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT Job they did not make me feel rushed and even when I offered to come back tomorrow for my Pedicure they insisted that I stay and that they would take care of me. Quality work, nice people, and plenty of variety! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I have been going to Rio for many years. I travel 20 minutes to get the professional service. Every one is so sweet. I'm totally relaxed when leaving. A Real Treat.

I must admit, I was a little skeptical about coming here, but let me just say this.... I am beyond happy with my nails.. I naturally have long nails got a gel overlay and my nails look FABULOUS!!! You have eon me as a new customer.. Thank you so very much for making my nails look so beautiful..

They do a great job for the most part. Price wise they are a significant amount higher than where I was going before. I think $25 dollars for a toe polish change is outrageous.

Amy was very professional, paying attention to my questions, concerns, and offering options to create a pleasing outcome. I hot to this nail salon by default. I was trying yo go yo Classy nails; but they had a sign on the door to call for appt. Only. I tried calling, we were disconnected. I tried calling back; but went to voicemail. I did receive a call back, but by that time I was at Rio nails and I made the right choice!

This is our new nail salon. Only bad thing is it's cash only. Rarely keep cash on me so I'll have to hit the ATM before we go. Nail tech don't rush just to get to next client. Soon as you come in they tell you to wash your hands 👍
