ShopRite of Sicklerville

Ruined our Thanksgiving brunch. It's my fault for waiting till the last minute. I noticed yesterday that i needed more things for our brunch. I looked up online on their website the shop rite of Berlins hours and Google. It said that they were open on Thanksgiving all day. I got there at 8:30 am today and they were closed. Along with 10-15 other cars and quite a few more pulling into the parking lot as i left. I did not have the supplies i needed to cook for my family, so I called off our Thanksgiving brunch until another day. Today did not go as planned. The optimist that i am says that it's ok. Because i was able to spend the day with my wonderful husband just relaxing. Something we dont do often. So thanks Shop Rite for simplifying my day and giving me a much needed break. Next time, proof read before you post though.

This past weekend I lost my bank card so I ordered groceries online when I pulled up to the store I got a call that my card was declined. I didn't understand because I had funds available. I asked if I could come inside to figure something out being that my family needed groceries. Allie from shop at home was amazing the whole time she was so patient for at least 30 minutes. Walked me through the process over and over so friendly and professional. I thank you so much she was a pleasure. Allie is the BEST!! Hands down we need more people like her.

Was in and out thanks went back today DEC 22 was in and out but forgot a birthday cake LOLwent back march first it was nice for a Friday morning thanks

Without a doubt the best shoprite around. The people couldn't be more helpful. This place is like going into a huge warehouse. It sure beats the friendliness of the shoprite I usually go to! One of the guys working nearby actually pushed a cart out to my car for me. They have a new customer in me and my friends that's for sure .

Constant issues with the online shopping process, but I must say this time the customer service was amazing !! I had an issue with my online payment being reversed and the server being down but the manager Leah was an angel and she handled it, full of grace !! God bless her !

Iyanna helped me at the checkout today. She was helpful in asking if I wanted help bagging. I didn't need help this time, but her positive attitude made my day.

I ordered a double chocolate chip cookie cake for my son's birthday. The bakery employee that took my order was very polite. The cake was picked up the following day. It was fresh, and everyone loved it! Please thank the bakery employees!

The pharmacy staff were so kind

There needs to be someone to habe cars removed from the curb pick up spots. They are constantly taken by lazy people who don't want to walk. Completely screws the people who pay extra for pick up

Have you ever developed a relationship with your local grocery store? If not... take the time to build a relationship. I enjoy visiting this Shop Rite and getting to know people by name if not for anything else, just to be able to say hello to them by there name... and not just because it is on there name tag. In over 15 years of shopping at this Shop Rite, I have never had a bad experience and have been helped in so many ways.

I have been using Shop-Rite From Home at the Sicklerville store for several months now. It is a great service, which keeps me in food, but out of the store. It is convenient, accurate (only once has a produce item not been to my liking), and inexpensive. I am so glad this service is available and that I found out about it!

“BJ” is the most kind, professional, helpful employee in this store. He was there for customers when he was in produce/dairy section always stocking, if items weren’t out, or you couldn’t find them, he’d immediately listen & if available, he’d find it for you or let you know when a shipment would arrive. Now I have the pleasure of seeing him as cashier & as always, he’s polite, sweet & very diligent. BJ is truly an asset to this company & Sicklerville is lucky to have him

Expensive but they sell food

The shop from home option is the best!!! I go to the store, park in the designated spot call and an associate comes out AND puts my groceries in my trunk! They don't even accept tips!

If a food option isn't available an associate will call before my pick up reservation and the will give me another option.

Convenient location and usually has better prices then acme across the street. Produce is fresh and aisles are easy to shop. Still getting used to the new layout of some of the aisles but still my gobto grocery store..

After a day of celebration, I went to shoprite of Sicklerville already exhausted from a long day.
I have never received such exceptional service from any food store. The staff could tell I was an exhausted senior and they were helpful and attentive. They unloaded my cart, packed my groceries and loaded my car, all without accepting a tip.
I was so tired and achy (arthritis) I felt like they saved my life. I am truly grateful for thier help and kindness.

Clean, well stocked. Personable service staff in Seafood, ample coverage on Deli, and stocking throughout store. Cashier, Fathma was quick, bagged carefully for me, and represented the new ambiance and fresher face of Zallie's Shoprite.

Friendly, quick and when they noticed I needed something from top shelf...I wasnt even given time to ask for help they approached me with their kind generosity. I was really thrown off guard and elated at the same time. This helped ease frustration and I was out of their in minutes. Enough time to get home to get my daughter from the school bus. We stopped in this store yesterday on our way to friends house for a pop-up bar-b-q. We are from Philly and have been long time Shop Rite customers. This was our first time in this particular store. Not sure if it was the Produce Manager or the Store Manager that we encountered, but let me tell what a CLASS ACT. He overheard us talking and my husband asked him for ice location and something else and he asked if we were going to a party and we said yes a quick put together bar-b-q. He said well let me give you something for the party. He goes over to fruit section and picks out one of those large bowls filled with mixed fruit (about $30) value and said here this is on us. We were so happy and thrilled that he did that and he said they like to reward loyal customers and also new customer. We said Thank you very much and will be spreading the word about your awesome hospitality and generosity.
