Oregon Diner

I was with fam and we got hungry, so we came here the first time just coz it was the nearest spot to where we were. We returned here the 2nd time not long ago when we were in the area. I really like how the servers there were so helpful and committed their services. My daughter and I love the onion rings and the fried flounder platter. Wings were also really good and the cheese cakes were SUPERBBBBBBBB.

Visited the Oregon Diner in South Philadelphia. It's a quintessential Philly diner experience. Witnessed a humorous interaction outside - a local jovially teased a guest for wearing Dallas Cowboys attire, playfully reminding her of being in Eagles territory. A true taste of local culture and camaraderie.

Best diner in the city !!!! The food was delicious. The service was the best. The establishment was clean. Fresh and hot off the skillet when it was brought to the table. The French toast 😋😋 were the best I had in a long time. The meat selection is okay I can go for a beef hot sausage every now and again but their Turkey and Pork products are okay. Overall and as always they are the best.

The cheese steaks are large, greasy, and salty. The giant pile of home fries is top-notch. Best fries I've had this quarter. Seafood tasted fresh. Cole slaw is perfect, not too sweet. Coffee is fragrant and comes with plenty of half and half.
The bathroom was crowded but not too smelly.
Overall, patrons and staff had a very positive attitude here.

What an amazing experience ! The hostess made me feel right at home… her smile and vibrant energy made me feel so welcomed…I love the waitresses here they all work so well together. The food is always great and cannot wait to come back !

Simple, yet scrumptious, fresh, and filling! I am thankful they can make the order the way you want for a reasonable price. Oregon diner is consistently good, and I’m thankful to be their repeat customer.

Food is delicious diner food and fresh. Never had a bad experience. Always fast service no matter how busy or how many people in our party.

A diner the way all diners should be. No-nonsense staff, breakfast all day, quick preparation, good portions, and a display case full of amazing desserts. Bonus: they do have a bar!

Oregon Diner is an institution, and is one of the only real diners left in the area.

Best onion soap in Philly and, in my opinion, the world 🌎. 1st time ever seeing them so short handed on waitresses. But food still arrived fast , hot and delicious with the help of even the kitchen staff!

They have: Johnny Shoester the best waiter in the City. Notices what you need & like a magician it's on its way to the table. He handled a table of 10 of us grumpy/tired Mummers a day after the parade. Smooth as flowing water...not a bump in service. The Best.

The food is excellent, great home cooking. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are good as you get good sized portions. I go here everytime I am in Philly.

I've been going there for many years. Maria is the best server I have ever had anywhere. Very personable, and great at her job. The food is very good and priced fairly. Highly recommend!!

Took Mom for some French Onion soup at her request. I had a salad and a drink. I am not big on diners but I would come back here Jackie our server was the absolute BEST!

Waitress Nora was the Best!! She made Sure everything was just Right! I mean helpful!!!! Warmed slice of pie up/ Whip cream on top. Filled Water glasses. Abundance napkins & Sweet & Lows. Much Much More. Nora is the Best!

Starting with the food; everything was good. We ordered breakfast and kids breakfast. The kids meals came with drinks and ice cream 😊 so they loved that! Atmosphere was just like a diner; feeling homey and family-friendly! Our waitress was ecstatic! She was very friendly and made the visit worthwhile! Good spot for the value!

I had Jennifer serviced me this morning and I fell in love with her personality and mannerism. This was actually my first time having breakfast and I would definitely recommend it to one and all. Thanks for your service, which was second to none.

I always enjoy going to this Diner. The food is good, the staff is nice and it's not a long wait even when it's crowded.

I would come here every day if I lived here! The food great and portions are big but not too big and priced right. Do not leave without getting dessert to go.
