The Home Depot

This store in Mantua I like a lot. Always have friendly workers that help with anything from cutting your supplies in the store to loading material in your car. I almost want to give 4 stars just for Home Depot alone, due to the ever increasing prices… *sigh

Best home Depot i have been to. As a contractor I have been to them all in my area over the years but best one ever. They always have someone available to help you you can always find a cart when you need it and they have everything in stock all the time.

I purchased many things from this locatoon. For the most part they have items in stock that I need. I buy most of my tools snd supplies from this store and even place the order for pickup. My most recent purchase was for Rigid power tools. They were on sale and I saved about $150... so if you an wait until Black Friday to buy your tools you are best off waiting. I also saved $59 on a stackable Rigid toolchest set. That was definitely a great buy. I have issues with Cree LED lightbulbs that I purchased here. They exchanged them no problem. I find the staff is helpful but sometimes they have no clue - I am better off using the app to help them find things that they cant find on their own. I made a video on my channel of LED lights that I installed in my son's music studio. I bought the roxxul insulation, drywall, studs, light fixtures, switches, wiring, paint, crown molding and wood trim from Home Depot and half of the Philips Hue bulbs and light strips from here as well. I'm not a woman that likes shopping, unless it's at home Depot. This is my favorite store, I could lose hours in this store. Staff is always helpful and kind, always ready to help no matter what it is.

Yay! Just came from thier compeptitor down the block, walked out bc the service was beyond aweful. And low competency. Have about $50,k of work.... Home Depot Mantua is awesome! Worked with 3 departments, sooo helpful knowledgable pros,very happy, will be using them for all

I had to go into HD 3 times this week for supplies for work and the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. This is the best HD I have been to in NJ, DE and PA!

I was there today and was fully expecting not to receive any help, but Freddy near the plumbing department asked if I needed help as soon as he saw me, he was very helpful and very nice. I very much appreciate you Freddy!!!

I love shopping at Home Depot. Last weekend I went there to get new house keys made. I used their key making machine. It was simple to use.

For such a huge store, very easy to find what you're looking for quickly. While I was there, my experience with the many associates I spoke to, were very pleasant and helpful. I know I'll see them again! Well here again!! The only thing that changes is NOW it's Holiday season!! Lots and lots of decorations! Come see !!

My Mantua, NJ store went over and above to have my new grill delivered.
When I ordered it online, I called the store and discussed my issues with getting to my home. It did take a little bit of time (not long) due to the fact the paper work needed to be adjusted, and the grill needed to be assembled.
Good things come to those who wait.
My delivery guy was on time as well as fononimal. Even though I didn't tell him what to do, he read my mind and did exactly what I wanted him to do. I'm giving delivery guy A+ . I would prefer "orange box" over blue box store.

My fiancé and I are here now. We needed to buy 80 light bulbs, 2 toilet bowls, 20 bags of water softener and spot lights. Upon walking in we saw a young lady and asked for assistance. Her name is Victoria. She is such a gem. She helped us find all 80 lightbulbs (10 variations of bulbs(indoor and outdoor) and was so helpful, patient and kind. Also, very knowledgeable in the lighting department. When it was time for us to get the toilets 🚽, no one assisted us and I asked Victoria to call someone and she said she’d help us. THANK YOU SO MUCH VICTORIA FOR SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT YHIS HOME DEPOT❤❤❤.

I was surprised with my last experience with HD. Typically customer service has less than good however they had two folks trying to help me load insulated boards into my vehicle. A very nice surprise! Kudos to the folks who helped me. An easy 5 stars this last visit !!
