The Star Beach Bar

Was here in the evening for a birthday party at the rental space near the bar. The fun continued at The Star after. For a Saturday night it was not crowded at all and it was a gorgeous, low humidity evening to enjoy such a venue. Plenty of seating, along with wonderful cabanas and fire pits to relax around. Family style games are laid out. The prices were okay, about what you would expect to pay. It really is a gorgeous setting and if you’re staying around the vicinity there isn’t a whole lot else to choose from so it’s worth a visit! Gorgeous setting, lighting, fun. It’s probably a beast in the heat or a hot night. But if the atmosphere is cooperating, GO!

We didn’t have food but we had drinks with cherries in it, so technically food.. 🤷🏼‍♂
The bartender named Ana took care of us with exceptionally amazing service along with her colleagues. They were all so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Drinks were amazing and the vibe from Cheezy and the Crackers live band playing reggae music was the best ever beach experience we’ve had. We’ve added this place to our list of favorites. We’re considering staying at the Icona resort next time just by this beach bar experience alone. Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing night with an awesome scenery... The server Kira was the best. The food was great as usual. We got married at the Icona one year ago and wanted to go back to where we vowed our love💕 The Star Beach Bar was the perfect place to spend our one year Anniversary...

I brought my first wife here. The Star Beach Bar was a fun time for us. My initial impression was WOW because of the palm trees. The staff was fun and the drinks were great. You have to watch for the seagulls cause they will rob you of your burger. The huts with couches are perfect for getting that caribbean island beach vibe. Thank you for a great time. This is U Do It approved!

This place is a slice of South Beach, right at the Jersey Shore. Great eats, fire pits, cool drinks, live entertainment, and reasonable prices. Parking can be a little challenging if you are not a hotel guest but it's well worth the scenic walk. I love this place!

Me and my ex wife Nancy came here for drinks to try to rekindle our love after her torrid love affair with her tennis instructor, Pierre. We shared 7 or 8 buckets of Watermelon Crush (highly recommend!) before she found herself in the arms of a surf instructor named Steven (do not recommend). I’ll always love you, Nancy. Try the fish tacos!

I love coming here!!! Bartenders are awesome (shoutout Lou), drinks are always good, and they have the best boneless wings.

I absolutely love this place! Its truely like paradise and i cant wait to go back its sooooooo beautiful i woyld love to get married here! If you are in wildwood this is a must see!

Rented the cabana to celebrate my 70th birthday with family. The food was superb. The band that was performing was excellent. Our server, Justin, was phenomenal. Can't wait to plan another event.

Beach bar with great drinks and food. Ordered a frose and some pizza to share. The pizza here was really good! Great place to unwind at after a fun day on the beach

Can’t beat the atmosphere…. Best atmosphere in all of wildwood/diamond beach. Also every time we come here, we notice how the manager Tim consistently provides a superb customer service experience. Thank you for being a staple in this county.

Best time! My family and I have been there several times and they never disappoint. Our most recent experience was with our host Nick. He took very good care of us. A+

Mau is such an amazing server. He’s very friendly and always serves you with a smile. The food and cocktails are so good and very speedy. This place is one of the many reasons why I came back to Icona for the 4th year in a row!

Love the cocktails and the vibes. Beach in the back drop and just a great spot to hang out and listen to music and eat great beach food!!! You can rent cabanas for a few hours if you have a large party.

I absolutely adore this place - great setting great service great drinks great food ...the ambiance was terrific. I was also thrilled that it was kid friendly. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her Shirley temple while relaxing in one of the hammock pods. We enjoyed the music and our cocktails as well in the awesome seating arrangements. Our new "go to" destination we will be back next weekend! FIVE STARS!!

Went with a group of friends and sat at a Cabana for a few hours. Service was great and everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Morgan and Shannon took care of us and did a great job! Would definitely recommend!

I came here last Tuesday with my uncle and a couple of his friends for his birthday. We had a great time. The bartenders were terrific. They were attentive and joined in our conversation at times. There was live music playing, which was great. I loved the cabanas along with the firepit seating areas throughout. The palm trees along the path to the bar is a nice touch. Almost makes you forget you're in Jersey
