Duffer's Restaurant & Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor

Boy do they cram a lot of options into 1 city block. Mini-golf, and arcade, store and the restaurant. We went for lunch and it was awesome. The staff is very friendly and they have plenty of them. The food was excellent and the specialty sundaes are enormous and great. Definitely worth stopping by for a meal!

If you come to Wildwood for vacation, please don't hesitate to go to Duffer's! They have mini golf, arcade, food, and homemade ice cream with the most amazing presentations. I will never go to Wildwood without stopping here, it's that incredible, and they have a train that runs inside for the littles to watch. So much fun!

I have been coming her for many many years! Even with the Labor Pains as the establishment refers to it; it was as fabulous as the first time I ate here . Freshly prepared breakfast items . Fresh roasted Coffee. Lovely server. Very fun atmosphere for families couples old and young. Outside dining. Arcades . Mini Golf. Best Ice cream on the planet! Great Great place with the freshest most delicous food. You can't beat Duffers for Breakfast Lunch or Dinner or my personal favorite ICE

It's a magical place. Combination of ambience and great dessert. It's pricey but portions are huge. We didn't like dinner though.

My favorite place to go as a kid. They have arcade games and miniature golf. You can win tickets and get prizes. For dinner I ordered the kids Mac and Cheese side with a side of fries with it. For dessert, I ordered one scoop of vanilla ice cream with crunched up Oreos and chocolate syrup. Came with a wafer too! Love how old style it is inside Duffers. Definitely recommend going. Never stop being your inner kid!

Like grandma house feeling, great for kids with Disney songs and old movie song, the ones that we all know. Has an arcade and Gould course to entertain after or before eating and a nice shop. Food taste fresh and service was quick and waitress was very attentive. The picture is half of the food I got 🤣🤣🤣 I forgot to take it before I started eating.

Popular, crowded family restaurant has decent food, great ice cream, miniature golf and other arcade games on site. Be prepared for high noise levels with many families with children. The restaurant has a small guage train that travels around the perimeter of the building near the ceiling. Train makes chugging noises and occasionally whistles as it goes around the track. Fun feature for kids of all ages.

Liam was attentive and friendly. The food was good. The sundaes were amazing! It's fun to watch the train go around.

Duffer’s is a Wildwood icon that consistently exceeds expectations. Whether you’re craving a nostalgic scoop of homemade ice cream, fun at the arcade/mini golf, or a meal in the dining room you won’t be disappointed.

The savory portion of the menu focuses on sandwiches and comfort food with decent portion sizes for the price. Our personal favorite is the tender pulled (pork) piggy sandwich and the saucy buffalo (chicken) bites. They also serve a varied breakfast menu with a few variations on the classics at a relatively phenomenal price point.

When you arrive you can expect three things; difficulty parking (opt for the adjacent side streets), a short wait (they’re always timely though), and a choice of food and/or ice cream. The majority of their flavors are homemade and you can taste the difference in the whipped cream. While you can wait in the takeout line for sundaes and ice cream true fans of sweets have to check out the parlor. They’ll sit you down with an extensive menu which challenges you to choose just one. Be cautious though since the portions are massive...but definitely worthwhile. We’ve been stuck on variations of their warm waffles and ice cream and banana splits.

Ultimately, I remember loving Duffer’s as a kid, and now have a newfound appreciation as I share it with my own family. The quality and value is evident in every aspect of their business. Even the mini golf course and arcade have been renovated. And the service and atmosphere take you back in time. Highly recommend!

First time trying Duffers but wont be the last.

We stopped in today for lunch and I ordered a Chicken Parmesan sandwich and my wife ordered a Chicken Club Sandwich. Both sandwiches were good and tasty. We ordered a side of chips which looked homemade and were delicious. When we saw the menu lead with "homemade ice cream", we knew we had a try some before we left. My wife ordered Unmistakably Twix, which was layers of chocolate ice cream, caramel and Twix candy. i ordered a couple scoops of ice cream - chocolate marshmallow and cherry vanilla. I like the cherry vanilla ice cream the most. It had big pieces of black cherry and creamy vanilla ice cream. The chocolate marshmallow ice cream was good but I taste it more chocolate than marshmallow. we saw some other tables getting ice cream and the portions are huge.

I love the atmosphere because it reminded me of growing up and coming to the shore as a kid. Everything from the train that circles the restaurant ceiling, to the playlist of old
broadway music. We will 100% be back.

The entire complex is a hit. We had dinner at the restaurant, then played mini golf and the. Had ice cream. A triple play!!!! I’d post pics but my phone broke and I lost them all. Ugh. Don’t pass this place up!!!! One stop shop.

My friends and I ate here for lunch during our vacation in Wildwood Nj. The food was fantastic and such large portions. We were stuffed and had leftovers to have that night for supper.

Naturally, we got ice cream for dessert. It's home made right there at Duffers Restaurant. Absolutely divine! We could not finished all of our ice cream so the waitress brought us to-go cups so that we could bring it to our hotel and freeze it for later. Our waitress was so friendly and sweet.

There's an arcade area and gift shop with typical tourist knickknacks. It's a cute cute tiny shop. Make sure to put a quarter in the piano by the building entrance for a song and dance by the puppers on top.

Lunch prices were about $10 a meal, as well as dessert. The portion sizes are so large for dessert that $10 for an ice cream isn't a bad deal. Most places it's around $6 for a large ice cream but Duffers is more like XXL. There are cheaper options if you would like just one or two scoops of their home made ice cream.

What a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back next year with empty stomachs!

We had a great time at Duffer's! The food was good and large portions. My son loved watching the train that goes around the ceiling of the restaurant. Mini golf course was fun and the arcade had good games and nice prizes. Can't wait to return!

With it's charmingly fun dutch themed design, this 4 in 1 combo is a great place to spend time with your other half or family and friends. This diner features a petite gift shop, arcade, mini golf course, and an ice cream parlor thats filled with the sweet aroma of freshly baked waffle cones. Definitely will come back again during our next visit .

My favorite place in wilwood. The ice creams are huge, so many to choose from, you can't go wrong here. It will also become your favorite place too. Home made ice cream, excellent. There's an arcade and mini golf if you have little kids, perfect place to come and have fun with them. They can scream and kick seats in here, it's busy and noisy, you will blend in with all the other families

Came here one night for ice cream and it was fantastic then came back today for breakfast and to play mini golf. Food was amazing and so reasonably priced. Service was great. Our waitress was so sweet. The atmosphere is great as well!

Incredible. Been enjoying this gem for most of my life. Fantastic food, pleasant staff, and world class goblets of ice cream. If that's not enough. Mini gold, and an arcade are on site to ease the wait time on a busy night.

The best ice cream parlor and breakfast in Wildwood, NJ. The breakfast at Duffers is excellent with very good service and a pleasant staff. The theme thought Duffers inside and out has a feeling of Disney including a toy train that drives around the inside of the restaurant. The ice cream parlor area offers a variety of flavors and never disappoints with the freshest homemade ice cream. There is a miniature golf course that is also part of Duffers that features some Disney characters including Nemo and three animatronic pelicans that sing “Wildwood Days” and tell joke. This is a must stop when down the Jersey shore and highly recommend visiting!
