Bought a $40 grinder that wouldn’t grind dust. Tried to replace it. Manager was messing with it and said that I broke it! Not possible! Horrible customer service! I was spending $100 a week in gas and another 30 to 50 every other week for cigs, vape etc! Never going back again! Apparently everything is the customers’ fault here!! Just spent $200 at the shop in N Cape May! Worth the 10 minute drive! Stay away from Rio! Rip off!

The prices are outrageous. Selling an elfbar for $45 , I normally pay $25. So I picked a $30 Cali Plus , he told me the box didn’t say how many puffs the vape had when I asked, so when he put the vape down and walked away I looked and it was 1500 puffs in big numbers/letters on the back of the box. This place is wack. Safe to say i won’t be going back.

Price gouging at its finest. Way overpriced. Here on vacation my friend runs a vape shop back home so don’t pull the they are more because they are real vapes.

Worst place to go in the county. One couldnt understand what I was saying, the other guy instead of coming around the counter to help me just stood pointed and yelled out where in the LOCKED case was what i wanted to purchase. He could of took his lazy self and came.out to show me since he was gonna have to UNLOCK the case to get it. Very rude and poor customer service.
