Wanted green sneakers. Service member tried to help me, but system did not show any. She needed to assist another customer so I went on my way. Found them 2.5 seconds after walking down the sneaker isle. Pretty good

The only issue is the other shoppers. There was a woman sitting in an aisle blocking others from getting through but besides that the store is pretty good. Great staff, the manager helped me find the sneakers I was looking for and explained if they didn't have my size to not worry, as they could order them. Luckily they did. Will definitely be coming back.

I come in frequently with my family (atleast once a week). I read the reviews before writing my own today and was shocked, the so called "terrible assistant manager" is always so sweet and extremely helpful even with how busy they are and how much of a pain my family is. All the staff there are very helpful. It is clear they are understaffed, its also clear people who comment rude things about hard working staff at any retail store, are just ignorant and expect to be treated as priority over others, at that point just be miserable at home and order online. I have watched as each one of those employee ring up customers, help customers on the sales floor, get shoes, not to mention they apparently also pack orders for online orders (I asked today about the packages they have ready to be sent out thinking it could be incoming shoes), all this happening at the same time. As a former retail manager of 20 years, the amount of things retail managers have to deal with on a daily basis is insane. My father asked today how many employees they have after we watched three teenagers throw shoes on the floor, laugh and walk away. They have FOUR, Four employees. Be grateful for your retail workers and stop acting so entitled. If you cannot respect a store you are shopping it, STAY HOME. It's not an employees responsibility to follow you around cleaning up after you.
