I am on vacation down here and my cell phone started giving me problems. After going to another location and being treated horribly I wound up in Cape May Courthouse. Kevin was awesome! He checked everything and gave me all my options. I walked out of there with a new Samsung S22+, a tablet and he was able to lower my bill by $70.00. When he wasn't sure about something he went Gary and he had the answer. Everyone there was very nice. If I lived in the area they would always get my business.

This is one of the best sprint stores and the guys that work there are amazing. They will help you with anything they can, and are always friendly. Theyre honest and are great at figuring out what you need and making recommendations based on that. They don't try to push you into something you don't want or need and I feel like they really listen. And, they've even called to make sure everything was working out well. You can't beat the level of service these guys offer!

Shannon was a great help, helped me put my wife’s screen protector on without me even saying to which usually other team members usually give you grief over. She told me about great deals going on and even noticed what was going on with my wife’s phone case and recommended which one would do the trick without breaking the bank. Definitely a keeper for T-Mobile. Need more employees like her!

On Vacation and having time to finally address updating phones my husband and I could not have picked a better store with better service. Greeted as soon as we arrived, we had to wait about 10min. With two children 7 and 16mo it was a little entertaining with their overall enthusiasm with new places. Molly, our representative, was very kind and accomplished everything so fast. She worked with us forgetting passwords, backing up our phones, and keeping us all calm. My husband and I both agreed this was the fastest and best service then all of our local places in PA. Love my new iPhone and hubby loves his S9. Thank you again!

The manager, Robbie, has been assisting my family and I for years. Every time I enter the store, I am greeted with friendly faces and knowledgeable staff who always go above and beyond to provide the best service. Robbie and his team are the best around!

The staff here is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They know phones, they know their products and how everything works. They will do their best to give you any help, assistance, ideas and suggestions they can if you would like them to. They really take an interest in their customers. And you don't walk in and repeatedly find a whole new staff, like you do at some phone stores. I am so glad to be their customer. You will not find a better staff in any other phone store. Give them 10 stars!
This is a small, gray store, on Rte 9/Main St. In Cape May Court House, just a stone's throw north of Riggins gas station on the same side of the street.
They have times when they are busy, and other times not at all, but never so much that you will feel you are waiting long at all, or being overlooked.
It is a small, manageable space inside, so you will definitely be noticed and helped.
Remember, when you are going out to buy a new phone or pick up accessories, or just get some information, that you want to deal with people you can trust and who you want to see again when you need assistance.
These are those people.

I was in T-Mobile today and was helped by Charles Ladd. He was working by himself. There were about four people in front of me and a few people behind me. Charles worked two customers at a time was very patient and kind with everybody and even had to answer the phone a few times and he was very kind and patient on the phone as well. So appreciated Charles!

I have had a Sprint account for years now but recently switched to a business account. Molly made the process stress free for me and explained every step. I couldn’t recommend this store more! Make sure you ask for Molly!

I was switching from an online only cell phone service which was not working out for me anymore. I realized it was time to use a service that offered a local store. Ryan and others greeted me when I entered the store and it just got better from there. Ryan spent a lot of time switching my coverage to an affordable plan and phone. No sales pressure, just friendly service. I will recommend this Sprint store to all my friends. Thank you Ryan.

Was having an issue with my galaxy phone it would not stay on for more than 45 seconds. Gary the manager solved the problem in no time. I really thought I needed a new phone but he is a genius. Thanks again, Gary.

Staff has always gone above and beyond at this location. Their technical knowledge and professional demeanor is always appreciated. Although they are usually busy whenever I stop one, someone is always kind enough to expedite my trip if I'm just doing something simple like paying my bill. Their accessory prices are always market price and then they offer a discount on top of that which means they are the only place I'll stop for a case or charger. It's nice seeing the same smiling faces whenever you walk in.

Kyle and his team are great!! I’v had sprint for over 15 years and the reason iam still with them is because of the customer service from the team in Court House. Even when I was out of state while in the Navy I’d wait when I visited home if I needed something. Great selection of every accessory you can think of. Top noch service, knowledge staff and glad to support a locally owned business.

Kyle and the Team are fantastic! I have used The Sprint Store in Cape May Court House for around 15 years and have never been dissatisfied. I have had business plans with 8 plus phones and a family plan with 6 phones/devises. This is not to say we have been issue free......let's see, lost phones, phones in the toilet, phones run over by trucks just to name a few, that said there has always been a timely solution.
I now travel around 40 minutes to The Sprint Store, I have several within 10 minutes of my home but will always make the drive to see familiar faces and be treated like family.....do yourself a favor and visit The Sprint Store in Cape May Court Hose for all your cellular needs!!

Michelle took on an impossible task for me: try to retrieve contacts from an old flip phone. With a blank screen as a result of a fall on concrete from a 2d floor. She took the other two flip phones I brought in my from my cell phone graveyard. She wiped the dirt off, and went to work. When I returned, she had rescued all contacts from the dead screen phone which had been my current phone, and using the other two, was somehow able to get the job done. That's desire. That's great work. That's pretty darned cool. Thanks, Michelle!

The route 9 ,cape may court house store is the best! The customer service is always on point and they provide service with a smile and sometimes even with a sense of humor. Very knowledgeable about all services provided and make you feel like family🥰

Amazing customer service. This is definitely the level of service sprint expects to be delivered to customers. Employees are respectful, intelligent hard working folks, I felt welcomed before I even walked in through the door. I highly recommend this place.
