Brian's Waffle House

I absolutely love this place, and I love the people that work there. Super funny and sweet and kind, just an all around win for sure. If you're looking to splurge get the big kahuna which is crab meat and hollandaise sauce with two poached eggs? Heaven.

Great breakfast spot! A family favorite when we visit the area. Food is consistently very good. Pancakes and waffles are like homemade, fresh and perfectly cooked. Home fries are delicious!! Service is almost always friendly and quite fast, almost like fast food! Prices are higher than what we would spend at home, but that's a vacation town for you. Plenty of seating, even for bigger groups, even some outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

Great staff! Soups are always delicious; BLT the best; poached eggs are perfect; every visit, every selection has been
great.
Chicken cheese steak is very tasty but chicken is just a touch dry; fries are great! Sausage & cheese omelette special perfectly cooked, same for home fries.
Again, staff is friendly, polite, attentive; kudos to the young man!

My mom and I are so happy we tried Brian’s Waffle House! It’s our new favorite place for breakfast. It’s absolutely AMAZING!!!! If you want great service, great food, and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go!!! THANK YOU BRIAN’S WAFFLE HOUSE FOR BEING THE BEST!

This place is amazing, I go here for breakfast whenever I have the opportunity to. the atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable and clean. Service is great, I love the young faces. They are super nice and ready to do their job, very very friendly. Food is quick, delicious and plentiful, I had one of my favorite waffles here at Brian's. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

previous reviews mentioned about terrible customers service. However that is not the case, perhaps they have turned that around or changed owner, idk. The staff was amazingly nice as soon as we walked in. The girl that served us were amazing! Huge smile on her face, love it. Most of the staff seems to be around 20 year of age, perhaps college kids here for a summer job? Food is absolutely NOT over priced, and it's super tasty. Def recommend, see and taste for yourself.

Second time back at this restaurant. Good place to bring the family. Service was quick and friendly. I had a waffle with chocolate chips and strawberries. It ruled. Coffee was hot and tasty (very important). We'll be back!

This plays is a marvel in the modern world. Amazing food, delivered almost magically fast after you order it, and a clean and courteous staff. I went twice just to see if the first time was some wierd time ripple...it wasn't. This is the standard that all breakfast restaurants should be held to.

Excellent random find. We were looking for a breakfast place we had not tried before. Yummm! The Big Kahuna was amazing. Too delicious for words. Service was great..thanks Bella! And the place is bright and inviting. Definitely stop here.

Amazing. So glad we stopped in here on the way up the Jersey coast. Lovely location and very friendly staff, not to mention delishious breakfast with obligatory waffles. The latter of which was light, fluffy and incredibly morish. True taste of Americana.

Our favorite breakfast and lunch place, especially off-season, for close to 20 years! We especially appreciate the gluten free options available for our son who has celiac disease (he loves pancakes).

Delicious food, a little pricey but what else would you expect in Avalon. The waitresses are always super attentive and express a happy attitude which is great! Food comes out quick too!

Amazing food and a must breakfast stop when visiting Avalon! The omelets and pancakes are delicious. It is nice to see lots of teen/young adult staff who are super friendly, professional, and attentive!
