I rented a minivan from enterprise this Sept, 2022 and everything was perfect. I spoke to at least 3 members of the staff and everybody extremely nice, helpful and courteous. The whole experience was a pleasure. Making the reservation, picking up the vehicle and dropping it off were all extremely easy. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them! A++++++

I have to say I was extremely pleased with the staff at this location. Exceptionally friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive. Great attitudes and representation for enterprise. I don't know how they found such an outstanding crew but I am glad they had them. I wish the world would follow this staffs example.

There was no wait to get a rep that walked us through the whole process. They had multiple types of cars and trucks available to pick from, all freshly washed and cleaned on-site. They took us outside to look at the cars and we picked out a Chrysler 300 for a day trip up the coast of Jersey. They inspected it for damage with us as we walked around the car and found a ding that we had missed and noted it on the report so we wouldn't get charged for damage. Then they took us inside to finish up the paperwork and after a cpl signatures we were on our way. The car performed flawlessly and was dropped back off at the appropriate time. All in all a great experience. Yes, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a vehicle

They showed me everything that the car had to offer and if you rent cars many times you will find that they won't tell you even where the button is for the gas cap they won't tell you how to hook up the phone to the radio but at Enterprise they do all that and more the service is tremendous very kind very good parked my car there over the weekend everything was awesome I love this place and the service

Went to South Jersey on Vacation rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Rio Grand and as usual they treated me like family great service.

Good experience. The gentleman that helped me, Mohammed, was extremely professional. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. If needed, I will definitely use this Enterprise again

I wish every place had customer service as good as this place. They were so nice. I felt like I knew them. Especially during my circumstances with my car. They were really busy the day Irreturnedmy car, but everybody kept a positive attitude. The only person who felt like they didn'twant to be there was the guy who drove me back to my car. He was probably having a bad morning.

I had to have my car repaired at a body shop. Enterprise made it extremely easy. The rental car I was right at the body shop when I dropped my car off. And when I picked my car up I did not have to go to enterprise I dropped it right back off at the body shop. The young woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and extremely nice.

We recently rented cars from two different Enterprise locations in New Jersey - Rio Grande (near Cape May) and Deptford (near Camden). We were very pleased with both rentals and the customer service attention at both locations. Cars were clean and in excellent condition. Very satisfied customer - would not hesitate to rent with Enterprise again.

What a wonderful and truly exceptional employee you have in Ms Rosie Allen. My experience was excellent, I actually didn’t rent the car from the Rio Grande, NJ store, but instead was provided a service loaner from Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I was driving to Cape May to for a meeting when I realized the vehicle I was driving (Mercedes GLC 300), had a warning light on the dash on and a beeping noise. I stopped at the Rio Grande Enterprise for assistances and meant with Ms. Allen. The store was busy and she seemed to be the only one working. I wait only a minute or so and she greeted me. I employ overt 100 people and her ability to control the activities going on around her was superior to most. I would like to thank her and Enterprize for the great customer service. FYI. She removed my overweight briefcase from the front passenger seat and the light and beeping stop, I laughed, who knew that the car was trying to tell me to seatbelt my briefcase in.
