Townhomes Wildwood

As an owner in this town home community, my family and I enjoy our time at Wildwood Square. The community is made up of 58 units with most of the units configured as three story, three to four bedroom, three and one-half bath townhouses. Each townhome features a two car garage that are accessed by private gates and common driveways. There is a large heated pool in the center of the community.

The owner Tom was wonderful, I was in a huge pinch and needed a place ASAP I had 7 days to find a place. Tom helped me find one in 5! I even like it so much that I'm renewing my lease. Cheers Tom!

This was a nice place but very expensive it was close to everything but you have to bring everything towels,sheets,pillows,blankets ughs it was a lot of work

Having a great time

Well maintained, newer, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes in gated complex with private 2 car garages. Grounds are meticulously landscaped and maintained. Nice private heated pool with guard on duty. Only downside, it's probably about 1/2 mile hike up Schellinger Ave to Morey's pier.

Nice set up. The townhomes basically all face the center court yard and pool area. The community is gated with card access for vehicles and foot traffic. However, not all homes have a view of the courtyard. If you rent the last 2 or 3 homes on the ends of the rows facing east and west, your view isn't the greatest of the courtyard.

Our tv in master bedroom was not working ..and the whole place could have benefited from ceiling fans..great place tho

Great place to stay, and little far from the boardwalk.

owner /builder agrees to rent unit and accepts the deposit and then a month later rents it out to another. now we have 3 families with no where to go. watch out for the shady builder.
