Friendly and professional

Absolutely terrible. Poor communication with us as the customer and our contractors. Did not effectively listen to our design requests. No concept of budget, providing proposals well above discussed budget, forcing us to spend a lot of hours trying to rein in costs. Extra billable hours spent on items we specifically said not to focus on and then also fixing many mistakes that we had to find and point out. Lots of blaming COVID and supply chains but not taking ownership of their own self-created errors and problems. Often missed necessary spatial relationships between items. Unfortunately, as we were deep into our project, we heard similar feedback from a few prior customers that we came across. Frankly it was the most frustrating experience we’ve ever had getting work completed at our home and this includes several major projects. There are many designers in the Avalon / Stone Harbor area, pick a different one.

A very polite brush-off. Needed help with a small project. They were shown as the dealer for furniture for which we need new cushions. They made their lack of interest quite clear, eventually referring us to another dealer nearby.

Showroom didn't impress, and customer service wasn't!
