Adventure Bound Camping Resorts - Cape May

Just stayed there with my 17 year old son from Aug18-21 2023. Stayed in a Rustic cabin #9 We had a wonderful time. Shower house was as clean as I would expect from a camping group. They definitely cleaned them every day. They pick the trash up from your Cabin you don't need to take it to a dumpster. Overall I would Definitely recommend to anyone with a family. It was quite and definitely did not come off as a Party Spot. Not saying you can't have a good time but not a place to be loud at 1-2am. Will definitely return next year.

My family of four (mom, dad, two sons, ages 1 and 5) came here in a pinch from Maryland after our other stay didn’t work out, and I feel like we hit the jackpot!! The general manager and his wife were SO competent, not only did they accommodate us with a delux cabin last minute, but they also were extremely communicative about everything at the campground. He even gave my kids free ice cream as a special treat, they could not believe their good fortune. He keeps things clean, and was available for questions/concerns every day.

As a parent, I will say the best part of our stay was the feeling of safety I had around the grounds. I saw security constantly, (who was also very helpful in speedily getting us our gate key), and the other camping families I met emulated a sense of trust, it made me feel like everyone is there for the same reason, that was to enjoy a get away in a nice area.

The laundry machines - very inexpensive and worked perfectly. The pool area was clean and well attended (but not overly crowded). The cabin itself was spotless and easy to find. And again, the general manager was so very helpful and engaging. We were so impressed by how he runs the grounds.

The best part? This campground is only 15-20 minutes from the beaches of Cape May, which we visited every night at sundown for the most beautiful sunset!!

We are so so grateful that we were able to stay here after our precious stay fell through. We never thought of ourselves of a camping family, but now We can’t wait to become regulars each year. I think we’ve found our new best spot!

We LOVED our trip! This was our first time camping while at the shore instead of a hotel/motel and we are SO happy we chose this place! We rented the deluxe cabin and the cabin was so clean, spacious, everything we wanted/needed. We decided this will be a yearly trip for our family and hopefully going to bring a few other families back with us for our future stays! When I read the reviews AFTER I booked, I was so nervous, even packed a bag full of cleaning supplies just in case. Didn’t need any of it! Soooo satisfied with this trip, already planning our next!

We LOVED it here! We stayed here because our sons were playing in Beach Blast. Location was very convenient to stores. Short ride to North Wildwood. My sons enjoyed the pool and playground. Beds and couch were comfy as well! This was mine and my husbands first time here. We will definitely be back! Very convenient and fast check-in and check-out.

My goodness. Far exceeded my expectations! Staff was kind and accommodating. Facilities were clean and the area is prime location to all of the sites. Will be back for sure!

My family just returned home from a 5 night stay! The cabin was so cozy and rustic with updated appliances! It was quiet and calm, a true get away! The staff was always friendly and welcoming! And the maintenance staff was quick, efficient, and kind! We had a wonderful time as a family!

My family and I spent 7 nights in one of their 2 bedroom cabins. It was such a pleasant stay. The cabin was very clean upon arrival, with updated appliances and air conditioning. The campground was clean, and safe, with multiple staff personal present all day. The pool was great for both adults and kids, with a huge inflatable waterslide during the day. On the night we arrived, my kids and I were very shocked to see they were having a community movie night at the recreation center. There was also a store that served as both a convenience store and a gift shop. The staff were knowledgeable on local restaurants, and their daily specials. The staff at adventure bound was also able to recommend kid friendly activities such as historic museums, wildwood boardwalk, cape may zoo, and whale watching.
We will absolutely be visiting adventure bound in the future, and recommend staying there!

It was exactly what you would expect from a camping ground. Our kids had a great time in the pool. The bathrooms were clean, and it felt like a safe environment. We are looking forward to coming again next year.

Such a wonderful experience! Cabins were comfy and clean! The campground itself is so peaceful and quiet, very clean environment! The staff is beyond wonderful! The location is great also, as it’s close to just about everything in the area. The kids absolutely loved it & plan to go back again!

Excellent place I highly recommend first time I was there the people at the office that helped me a lot what I needed and also I’m looking forward to going back my family at a great time great location to the beaches. It was beautiful some people have something else to say everybody’s different, but from my experience, it was excellent the pool, the waterslides. And I cannot wait to go back with my family.

My family just returned from a four day stay at Adventure Bound Campground. We had a very positive experience. We had no issues like the other reviews have stated. The staff was exceptional! Especially the security with Big Mike and Kay! They were so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed talking with them and listening to their camping experiences from all over the country! My grandsons now view them as their aunt and uncle!! Danny was also extremely helpful! He collected garbage daily and assisted with any questions we had! The grounds were beautiful, very shaded and clean. We enjoyed talking with several of the campers. The beach was very accessible and we spent everyday going to Cape May beach. The campground was an easy drive to very nice restaurants and wineries! We are planning to return next summer!! Thank you to all the staff especially our friends Big Mike and Kay!!!!

My family and I just returned from our stay at Adventure Bound Campground. We were so happy with our stay! After reading all of the negative reviews, I was very saddened. The staff was super friendly and the security (Mike & Kay) were so wonderful to my family. My boys ages 6 & 3 loved all that this campground had to offer. The playground was well suited for their ages and I loved that the noise enforcement ended at 11p. After spending our days at the beach, which was a quick 15 minute trip from the campground, it was nice to come back to our luxury RV with our family to peace and quiet. My children were so fond of the campground and the amazing hospitality of the staff that they are already planning their trip back next summer. Do not let these bad reviews scare you. We throughly enjoyed our beachy campground stay! Attached is a picture my son drew of his new friends Kay and “Big” Mike (security.) Thank you again Adventure Bound. This was our 2nd time here and I have to say what a difference! There is new management and they really want to make this and have made it better. In just one year you can see and hear the difference! There used to be a problem with noise late at night but because of constant monitoring by the staff they put an end to any noise before it gets out of control. The camp sights are spacious, the pool is a nice extra.Our family of 4 had a great time! Already planning next year's camping trip here.

Overall Good camping site with all basic facilities.

Our four families stayed here for two nights. Place was clean there was water and electricity supply line provided for each tent site. Washrooms were clean you can say above avg (they can improve in this area by cleaning washroom multiple times in a day if possible) . Hot water supply was there to take a bath. Staff regularly collects the trash in regular intervals.
Swiming pool and kids fun activity area also there where you can spend quality time with family. Location is good in worst case if you don't have anything you can alway visit near by shops Walmart to buy things.
Also enough free space to park your car.

Like me if you are new to camping then this is a very good place for beginners. Not sure about others but overall Satisfied with my visit.

DON'T FORGET TO RETURN YOUR GATE KEY ELSE YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20 FOR THE SAME.

The staff was very nice and efficient dispite what other reviews claim. The tent site was nice with water and electric hookups and the bathrooms were very clean for a campsite. Bathrooms were maintained daily as well as trash pick up daily. The wonderful 11am check out time left us with plenty of time to pack up the car with no need to stress and rush first thing in the morning.

Really cute and clean campground. Lots of NYers. Reasonable prices. Kids loved the pool. People were friendly and observed social distancing. Staff helpful. Cute themes every weekend. Highly recommend for scouts and their families. There was a group of older kids on bicycles being little brats, but nothing that an extended foot and a fall over the handle bars wouldn't solve. There was also a section of Trump lovers. Oh how they love trailers and trailer parks! I would definitely recommend.

Jim & Staff are wonderful!! Staff is very approachable with concerns, questions, problems.

This campsite is very ANIMAL FRIENDLY!! Lots of dogs including Bamboo riding on the golf cart with Jim making the rounds !

We camp a lot and normally tent, this trip we tented and even tried out one of their pet friendly cabins. Very pleased !
-There is a lot of tent sites, which I don't usually see a lot of.
-Usually just RVs, but here there is a great mix for every type of camper !! Every site has a picnic table, fire ring. Buy firewood at the front desk and they deliver to the site.
-Speaking of the front desk, the store has a little bit of everything !! We were very shocked but relieved when we left our BBQ Utilities home to find they sell them in the store ! Prices reasonable too !
-Campground had a lot of activities for all ages, Pool can get packed on a hot day, kids had a great time on the inflatables (usually up in the afternoon).
-Campground is clean for a campground. They are always going around picking up garbage ! Even recycling ♻ !

We will definitely be coming back !! Will totally recommend

We are permanently moving our trailer here and we can't wait! I don't understand some of these reviews that say about the bathrooms/bathhouses being gross etc. YOUR CAMPING! In the woods...with plenty of other campers and guests... This isn't a 5 star high rise where you have your own private master bathroom with a marble walk in shower...YOUR CAMPING. From what I've seen it looks like a camp ground and a very nice one at that. The people in the office are very nice and easy to get along with and so far have made our moving process stress free. :)

This place was amazing, I camp every summer to different places. This place was by far the best. Everyone was very friendly. The staff was amazing, the bathroom where clean at all times. My family and I loved it. We will def be visiting again.
