Friendly and helpful, and very easy to deal with. Nancy is great and anyone else I have had to work with here have always been professional and helpful. Convenient location. Open year round (not daily when it's not tax season). It's easy to use the mobile app and you can upload your paperwork in advance. I have no complaints when dealing with HR block and specifically this location.
