One of the best USPS locations.The staff are very courteous and helpful.The staff is always very efficient and will go out their way to help. Staff will call for extra help at the counter if more than 3 people are in line or there is a holdup at the counter. Mail carriers are great and also very helpful.

Quick service and good location

Constantly delivering packages that go to the behind ours and they don't knock on the door to let you know when there's a delivery.

This is the at least the 3rd time our mail person has decided not to come to our mailbox and collect the mail in it. We are the last stop on our side of the street as they usually turn around in front of our house. We've been told if the have no mail for us they don't have to stop even if the flag is up. I thought they was in the job description

I live in an apartment complex. So clearly all our mailboxes are jammed together. If a package is to big for our mailbox there is special boxes label 1p and 2p at the bottom. They are key locked and the key is placed in the proper mailbox. Once unlock the key stays in there till the postal worker comes back the next day to unlock and take them. The problem is, they have been leaving the key in all of the 1p and 2p boxes (they're 6 in total) leaving our packages unsecured. Anyone can just walk up open the box and steal our packages. I have gone down to the post office multiple times to bring it up to them and they haven't done a darn thing about it.

5/23/19 I just went into the Cape May Courthouse post office to return a package as it turns out I had the wrong address on my box but with that said the man who waited on me today was so very rude I don’t understand how someone with such a nice job could be such a miserable person. Only spoke to me when I said good morning to him and he barely said good morning back I’ve never been treated like that and the post office before most all people are so very nice I hope the situationIs resolved someone needs to speak to him about the way he treats people he’s so miserable even his face when you walk in you know it’s not gonna be good thank you
