Friendly, professional service. My vehicle was fixed in about a week after an accident. Looks perfect. Was returned clean inside and out. They worked directly with the car insurance company & rental care agency which made everything so much easier. Only negative I can give is they the updating system that they used via text was wonky. I kept getting texts saying my vehicle would be done on a certain date but then would receive texts postponing it. Then suddenly it was ready a day before I expected but after the original date. I am thinking the system is somehow computer generated because the texts I received were all over the place. That said, the positives completely outweigh the one negative. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

Caliber in Rio Grande did an absolutely beautiful repair job on my car. I brought it to them after a different body shop sent me back messy and incomplete work. They fixed my car right up and it looks beautiful. The professionalism and kindness among the staff was all top tier. Thanks all!

I wrote a previous review incorrectly. Caliber provided excellent and timely service replacing the back hatch on my 2016 Town and Country Mini Van. The van was sparkling when I picked it up and they made the transition from drop off and my car rental seamless. The office staff kept me updated on the progress of the repair throughout the process. The back hatch looks as though it was never damaged.

I had a wonderful experience that was both fast and stress free. I am extremely thankful for Victoria, she was the main person I communicated with during this process and she kept me informed and answered all my questions. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision! The repairs to the bumper and lift gate look great, and you can't even tell where the original damage was. On top of that, they detailed the interior and exterior of our car before we picked it up, which was a wonderful surprise! They kept in touch with us the whole time they had our car and updated us where they were in the repair process. We would definitely recommend Caliber to friends and family!
