I had an awesome experience at the Verizon Store in Cape May Court House! Khalid was amazing to work with and I highly recommend him for your cell phone plan needs. He is super professional, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Khalid went through the different phone plans and made suggestions based on what would work best for me. I set up a follow up appointment to review my plan once my new iPhone came in and Khalid kindly reviewed everything, including my current bill, and didn't mind answering all of my new questions (and some repeat questions, lol). 5 star experience and customer service. I will definitely be recommending this location and Khalid!

Fantastic customer service from Khalid. He was a one man show on Sunday and he greeted everyone who walked into the store. His attention to each customer was top notch and his knowledge of the product was impressive. My husband and I were still talking about what a great experience we had hours later.

Bill was unbelievable. Took great care of us and got us in and out quickly as possible. Highly recommend bill. Management if you see this i thing we need a promotion for him.
