We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Joe Ferzoco, Mary and The Ferzoco Group, they honestly are Fantastic!!

We were looking to purchase a condo in the Wildwood area for investment purposes, as well as personal use. Not being from the area we relied on a real estate agent in our family to refer us to a local agent. Boy they did not disappoint and referred us to a truly exceptional real estate team; The Ferzoco Group!!

From the first phone call to the last handshake, Joe and Mary were always there for us. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, promptness and compassion exceeded all expectations. They always made us feel our needs were first priority and their responsiveness was always immediate.

Joe was awesome, this process is surely not easy but working with Joe was great. He was there with us every step of the way, and always did what was in our best interest. I cannot say enough good things about the Ferzoco Group, especially Joe and Mary. I recently closed on a condo in Wildwood Crest and it it wasn't for them I would have "bailed" on the deal and given up.
Prior to finding the place (Cape Cod Inn), Joe and I communicated weekly about properties in the area I was looking for. When we found the one I ultimately purchased, I was confident with Joes help, it was the right place for me. He was knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and was able to frame my thinking.
My purchase wasn't the easiest due to contingencies on my end but Joe was there for through the entire process. He was understanding and worked on my behalf tirelessly. When it was finally in the "closing" stages, I dealt with Mary. I had the same level of comfort with her and her professionalism and ability to communicate, made a stressful process not seem as bad. When I finally closed, I felt as though I had 2 friends on my side which is not usually the case in business transactions.

We worked with Joe both to purchase our home in SIC in 2015 and then to sell it and purchase a new home this past year. Joe was always available to answer any and all questions/concerns we had during both processes. He would go out of his way to stop by our new home while it was being built to take videos and pictures to keep us updated on the progress. He continues to go above and beyond and still makes himself available to help with anything we need even after the settlement of our home was complete.

One should expect good service, but this team provided guidance and recommendations inclusive of the right sale price, contractual and inspection issues - the three items that can halt a sale.

Joe is very personable, professional and attentive. I cant say enough about Mary, who managed the day to day issues and resolved every single item. She was pleasant to work with, responded immediately to every question/issue and even helped locate local trades when worked needed to be performed - from inspection items to professional lawn care and maintenance. This was a big deal for us as we are located in PA.

We had been shopping the shore for many years. We couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed with Joe Ferzoco and the entire Ferzoco Group Team. It was our first time purchasing a bank owned property by auction and we found things moving quite quickly at times. We purchased a shore home 2 years ago using The Ferzoco Group as our realtor and couldn’t be happier. Joe and his team were wonderful to deal with. Joe had patience with us while we executed our search over a 2 year span. Joe was able to help us get into the perfect place and helped us navigate settlement. I know we would not use any other company or realtor except The Ferzoco Group to execute a new search or purchase a new home.
