Vineland Village Apartment Homes

My husband and I moved here 4 yrs ago to be closer to our jobs. We were very apprehensive about living in an apartment complex after being in our house for 20 yrs, but we have been very happy with our decision. Erica, the property mgr, is awesome! I know that if I have any issues I just have to email her and she gets back to me right away. She does a great job keeping the property running smoothly. The landscaping is well taken care of as well as the property in general. We had an issue with our heater. I put in a maintenance order last night and today Joe was out and was able to correct the problem right away. Joe was very informative and explained everything about the heating system and what the problem was. He was very professional and friendly! We hardly have any maintenance issues, but when we do, they always come out in a timely manner and make sure it is taken care of correctly and always with smile.

When my family first moved to Vineland Village we had some maintenance problems. Sometimes it would take a month or more to get fixed. Ever since their maintenance manager has been here there has been major improvements. We can submit a request and it will be fulfilled within a couple of days, or less. Mr. Will is an excellent addition to the Vineland Village Apartment staff. Ms. Angie in the office truly works hard to all the residents and will get her hands dirty if needed. I reccomend this community to everyone.

Half of my electric went out over the weekend. Joe made sure to come here and resolve the problem in a timely fashion. I’ve been here 5 years. On my second property manager Erica is awesome when I call her she makes sure things get done.

I am Very happy with my experience here at Vineland Village Apartments. I have a beautiful townhouse. I enjoy the neighborhood and most of All, Angie in the Office is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and she processed my Rental Application very smoothly. I am Sooooo impressed by someone like Angie as a Property Manager, she certainly knows how to Manage. I would Highly recommend anyone that is looking for a nice place to live and to experience a great application process to this Property manager named Angie!!

Joe was fantastic, very sweet and fixed everything I needed vet fast

I moved here in December of last year. The process was fast. I have a two bedroom apt.The rooms are very spacious and I love the bath and a half! I’m so happy that I made the right decision to move here to Vineland Village.

My experience as a resident at Vineland Village has been great. The property manager was very helpful during the application process and has continued to be for any questions or concerns I may have.

Joe and Andy do very great service for maintenance.

Carolyn cottingham is very interested in this community as my new home.

Had an interview for maintenance tech position met with The property management and Mr. Will great people with a heart pray and wish I get in property is clean and well-kept

I went to visit this apt.complex the property was very nice and quiet I love the dog park the apt. Are very nice and big the office lady very nice and helpful

Administration is great. Never had any problems with her. Solved all our problems

Property is very nice never had a problem if I need anything fix it gets done very happy

Amazing homes, the neighborhood is quiet. There is enough space for everything my home!
