Mike one of the sales reps (I believe) was extremely helpful on helping me get a new mattress, the mattress I initially wanted was 1thousand more than the one I ended up settling on, and the difference were minuscule compared to the set price point. All in all, Mike helped me save 1000 dollars while still getting a high quality mattress with the same feats and specs ad the more expensive option. Mark, the store manager was professional, courteous and personable. Great experience overall! 10/10

Our salesman Mike was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and directed us right to the type of mattresses we were looking for to try. He was not pushy or overbearing trying to make a sale, he was very professional and friendly. We were in and out in less than an hour and can’t wait for our new mattress to get delivered.

Highly recommend going to Mattress Firm in Deptford, NJ for your next mattress. We appreciated Mark’s honesty and patience answering all our questions to make sure we bought the right mattress. His 37 year mattress sales experience was spot on! He showed us the lowest price to highest price mattresses with no pressure allowing us to make our own decision. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very polite and very patient with all of my questions. Mark was very knowledgeable, kind, and through. Gave us a good deal on the mattress. Was very informative on financing and will come back again to get my next mattress.

What a fantastic experience. I had been shopping for a new mattress. I walked in The Mattress Factory today and was greeted by 2 great guys. Brad and Mark. They both were great, no pressure. Made you feel comfortable. I ended up dealing more with Mark and he was fantastic in bed with his knowledge.. 🤣🤣. It really was a pleasure dealing with them.
