Buying a car from Frank and Kelly's Kars was a great experience. They were very helpful and straightforward. It was a good deal and they don't hassle you or try and sell you something more expensive than your budget. I will be looking here first when I buy a car for my son.

I always though the expression "honest used car salesman" was an oxymoron. Boy was I wrong. These guys are as honest as the day is long! I bought a car from them without even seeing it, let alone driving it. I never physically met any of them...did all my business on the phone and through the mail, then had the car shipped to me. Frank, Chris and Jerry were a pleasure to work with. The price was reasonable, and the car was in great condition when it arrived. Beautiful things happen when we trust one another. Helped us through the purchasing process, through to completing the deal and was even there in after sales. Frank was there for us as we had an issue with the car (the car is 17 years old), but the warranty more than covered it.

I have seen reviews here taking about how cars are an issue after 6 months or a year. They are used cars what do people expect. I just purchased my 5th car from Kelly’s. They are always clean and Frank has always been great. My wife’s car had a small issue off the lot took it to their mechanic no hassle no issue. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone and I have. If you want a car that has no issues and drives like new then go buy a new car but if you want a good used car from a place that is honest while also saving money check out Kelly’s.

I just bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra For my daughter from Frank. The car had low miles, and was like brand new inside. Frank made the process so easy and quick. He even explained the warranty that came with it. I got a great price on a used car. I definitely recommend this place. Even the cars that have higher miles were all clean looking. Gerry was great to talk to as well and answered my questions too! Definitely worth a stop here before buying!

I was looking online for an affordable get around car and came across a scion xb. I went to Kelly's Kars and Frank greeted me as soon as I got on the lot (as a salesman should lol) he let me test drove the vehicle with no problems and within an hour I was driving off with my new car. Frank really worked with me in giving me a fair price, and I was very satisfied with transaction. I would definitely buy from them again.

I stopped at Kellys Kars after being disappointed by so many other places. I found the car that i wanted at a great price. EXCELLENT Buying a used car can be one of the most frustrating purchases I could ever experience. After following "for sale buy owner" ads and posting, then traveling around to various dealerships the process got "nuts". My grandson saved his own $ over 3 years and now we are looking for a used car.
Knowing his budget would cover a car from Auto Lenders we took a shot and stopped in the Berlin location on 73. The salesperson was very patient. He reviewed what he could offer but nothing was a match for us. The salesperson then recommended Kellys Kars. As I left Auto Lenders I called Kellys Kars and spoke to Frank (salesperson). He seamed like a typical used car salesman. When we got to Kelly Kars lot, I clearly saw the cars were well displayed and priced higher then "for sale by owner" but less than a car dealership. In both cases buying a cars is "as is"! Well I clearly saw Kellys Kars posted a sign to say if you want your mechanic to look or test the car you are interested in, no problem . As we continued our conversation Frank explained the car would come with a 6,000 mile or 6 month warranty (I have to say the warranty is almost bumper to bumper) All the major components are included. Frank made the process as smooth as possible. We purchased a 2008 Honda Accord with 147K miles. I would strongly recommend Kellys Kars as a place to consider for purchasing a used car. Very professional / excellent customer service / very caring and willing to Q & A as much as you need. We LOVE the car. Could not have made a better choice.
