Lin Walters in the Deptford Outlet store assisted us with our purchase. She was welcoming and friendly. We appreciated that she wasn't pushy and she allowed us space to look around. Once we were ready, we let her know and she took care of us. Lin made our whole experience effortless and enjoyable!

Staff members were Great! Frank the store manager was awesome. He was respectful and listened to what we were looking for. Was NOT pushing. Definitely recommend this store. Will be going back for kitchen furniture.

Frank, the manager was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions. I chose a sectional online and then went into the store to view and try it out. I didn’t really like it, and there weren’t any issues on changing my order. I will definitely be shopping there again.

I went to three different R&F stores this Saturday afternoon. First the outlet store & 1 retail store by myself & 1retail store closer to my home with my wife later Sunday evening to show her what my choices were. And the first thing I have to say is how impressed I was with each sales associate that helped me in each store they were all "GREAT", Knowledgeable , Helpful & Respectful of my needs. The selections, quality of the furniture wasn't bad either. This was the first time that I ever shopped R&F & was extremely happy with my purchase I will defiantly buy more furniture there again I finally bought my recliner from Trent Butts the first person I met , he's a Good Guy but all of them were good . I would recommend R&F to everyone who cares about what I posted above.

We walked in and the whole process could not have been easier. Anita greeted us at the door. She was so personable and very knowledgeable. She was nothing but helpful and not pushy at all. It was a great experience and we plan to be back soon for a new bedroom set. Thank you again Anita for a wonderful and easy experience.

Sales person/home furnishing lead is Matt Fabel. He was by far the best person when finding furniture. He was up front, accommodating and genuine. I would highly suggest shopping with him. To be honest I never thought would purchase directly from raymour, however my experience with Matt will have me as a repeat customer and I will definitely refer friends and family. Ty Matt!

The best experience I’ve had furniture shopping.
Jay showed me many loveseats, sofas, telling me the features and options there were. He took his time, he was pleasant from the time I walked in the door until I left. I was totally satisfied.

The manager Frank makes sure the customers are satisfied. Ran into a little issue but he made sure I got what I was told by the previous manager and sales person I dealt with prior to Frank joining the team. Ann was also a pleasure to work with. Thanks Frank and Ann for your help.

Matt Fabel was absolutely amazing! He was beyond helpful with picking out the right pieces for our home with having dogs & finding the right colors. He was patient & understanding in regards to scheduling delivery, checked in with us before & after to make sure all went smoothly. The delivery crew was amazing getting everything in & placed where it needed to be. 10/10 would recommend going to see Matt for any of your home needs!
