Applied for a card online and was approved in about an hour. Was advised I could pick up my new card at the branch location. Walked in, signed in, waited a minute and then sat with a representative. After providing my info, got my new card in 5mins. Fastest and courteous service anywhere!!

The best place to do banking. This credit union works for its members. Every time I come in here the staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Anything I need help with they are more than willing to lend a hand and get accomplished.

I love PFFCU. They're always welcoming when I visit the branch. When I call costumer service my issue is fixed right away. The agents that answers the phones are always so patient.
