After visiting American Discount Tire for service, I felt compelled to share my experience, but I chose to wait a while before writing this review to thoroughly assess the quality of their work. Initially, my car had persistent issues that several mechanics failed to resolve. It was only when I brought my vehicle to American Discount Tire that they identified and rectified the root cause of the problem. Their communication was exemplary, consistently keeping me informed and working diligently to secure the best possible deal. Upon receiving my car back, the improvement was undeniable, not just mechanically but also in its cleanliness. Their attention to detail and commitment to service have left a lasting impression on me. As a result, American Discount Tire has earned my trust and loyalty as a customer. Their team demonstrated a genuine concern for my automotive troubles and provided a comprehensive fix. It's been several months since the repair, and my car has been running flawlessly. I am truly grateful for their expertise and intend to use their services exclusively for any future car maintenance needs.

Highly recommend! Quick service and great customer service. Chris recommended I take my car back to the dealership because the work needed was covered by my warranty, very honest and saved me a ton of money! Has the customer’s best interest in mind!

Highly recommend this place!! I originally came home off of recommendation for a new tire, but have since returned for other maintenance for my vehicle. They are honest , kind and hardworking . Chris broke everything down to me without making me stupid / belittled and the pricing was very reasonable ! You have my patronage for life. I tell everyone to ditch the dealership and come here !!!

I’ve been driving by this place for years and recently decided to go in for a simple oil change. Since that time I’ve referred my brother, some other family members and a few of my customers. Chris the manager is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He bends over backwards to make sure his clients are happy and it comes off as very sincere. I will definitely be back.

Been going here for years always dealt with Art, now Chris is there and he is just as awesome as art to deal with. Put some 35’s on the gladiator.

This place is amazing and all the workers so friendly and knowledgeable. I went to have my car looked at by two other places still had the same noises. I came here they found and fixed the problems and were reasonable. Def coming back here again.

I've gotten my car fixed there several times plus I got my daughter's car fixed there two times so far and I'm going back in to get my tires done! I just goes to show you that when you have a good attitude and everything is running in your shop well people will come back..

I took my flat tire over at 9 AM and was greeted with a good morning. I was told if you leave it with me I’ll get to it. At 1 o’clock I picked up my tire that had a faulty valve. An employee took the tire out to my car, placed it in my trunk and I was told thank you for coming today. Have a nice day. I said I still have to pay. I was told have a nice day, it’s on us. American discount tire now has a permanent customer. Thank you very much.

First time going with American for tires. Chris and the crew went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations! Got a 2inch leveling kit and 35’s on my F-150 and couldn’t be happier. Best prices around!

This place is awesome. I broke down right in front and they were very quick to take my car in, gave me very prompt and informed follow-up, and even advised me of additional steps to keep my car running smoothly. This is a great place to take your vehicle!

I’ve passed this place 100’s of times over the years but never used them. I was in need of a new mechanic so I gave them a try with my truck. Chris gave an honest quote. Work was faster then I expected and final cost didn’t hurt my budget ! They definitely earned a returning customer in me! Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Wish I would have found this place sooner! Went in for replacement tires, and they gave me a very fair price. No wait time, and the installation took about 30-40 minutes. Didn't try to seel me anything, listened to my needs. Very courteous, very professional. Five stars, for sure!

I had front tires mounted with an oil change on a 2017 ram 4500. If you don't know, this is a big truck, and it's hard to find a service center capable of working on a truck this size. I dropped the truck off at 10 and picked it up at 2 on Saturday. In time for work on Monday. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Great value. Affordable prices on common tire services. They do other engine maintainence as well. I needed to get wheels balanced on my mom's car and they were one of the cheapest shops close to my house. Location wise, it's a great spot.

Spoke to Art over the phone, and service was good. The mechanic working on the vehicle was great to deal with as well. It has a convenient waiting area in the back which is heated and has a TV.

Not going to replace my usual trusted mechanic but I will continue using this shop for my tire needs. They also do wheel balancing, alignments, rotations at affordable prices.

Chris was very helpful in getting my vehicle repairs taking care of from pep boys in Willamstown NJ. Chris also showed me items on my repair sheet that I shouldn't have been charged for. But what really impress me was he was trying to get me the best cost. He even talk to the manger at pep boys an was very knowledgeable about my repairs, all the time not trying to get to come to his shop for the repairs. But after watching his conversation with the pep boys manger he has all of my auto repair work long story short Chris was able to get my repair bill from $3,600.00 down to $1,850.00. He was my lifeline thanks Chris an may God Bless You.

I would definitely recommend to anyone for any tire or mechanical repair need! Absolutely great staff, Chris P and Art went above and beyond to assist me. They are trustworthy, honest, and above fair for pricing...you usually dont hear these words about any mechanic shops but these are great guys.
