For starters, the receptionist who answered the phone and walked me through the whole process was very caring, and took her time explaining to me everything that I needed and wanted to know. I just relocated to NJ from NY, and I was very weary about taking my fur baby to a new vet. Dr. McGuigan and his staff put my mind at ease right away! The Dr. came in and immediately sat on the floor with dog, Bruiser. You could tell that he really enjoys and loves what he does for a living. I didn’t feel rushed, and he walked me through everything in a way I could understand, and we set up a plan for our next visit. Bruiser has bad anxiety, and I could tell that he felt very relaxed at this office. Bruiser and I will definitely be back! 5 stars from me, and 4 paws from Bruiser! ❤

I have had nothing less than stellar experiences. Dr. McGuigan and Dr. Bush have both been amazing at listening to me and answering my excessive amounts of questions, regardless of their busy schedules. The receptionist have all been pleasant. I have been checked in and out a majority of times by I believe her name is Bonnie, and she has always been very friendly. The only time I have had any kind of issue was when I was accidentally overcharged for a different bloodwork panel than the one I was anticipating, which was just a simple miscommunication. I went back and explained the situation and the practice manager Laura and Dr. McGuigan went above and beyond to help correct the situation. 10/10. Will keep returning, as well as referring others to this awesome practice.

The vets here really care and are super knowledgeable! The staff is really friendly and always make my pets feel more at ease, even though they get stressed out, especially my cats. Appointments can be booked pretty quickly, sometimes even same day and I have never had an issue with appointments running behind schedule or taking longer than expected. Would highly recommend!

By far, Rancocas Veterinary Associates is the best vet I've gone to for my cats and dogs. I've tried a few other vet offices and no others can compare; Dr. McGuigan is so caring and does not mind spending the time to explain everything in details about my pets, he will never rush you out of the exam room. The staff there are friendly and the office is very clean. This will be my vet for as long as I have pets, and I wish I had found them sooner.

Thank you for coming out under 20 mins and taking such good care of my boy. He had a really bad choke and your excellent care got him back to normal. Shoutout to Casie for treating him like one of your own. We so grateful and happy to be part of your care!!!

Rancocas Veterinarian Associates are the best. They are always there when you need them. Your pets well being is top priority. They treat them like their own. They are kind, gentle, caring and loving. They check on your pets day and night. Each and every one of them deserves a medal. They are the very best. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Sahol and the Rancocas Veterinary team are simply amazing. On March 2, we had very little hope for Evelyn, our turkey. Both eyes were infected, her breathing sounded horrible, and on top of that she had a large wound. We drove two hours to Rancocas and saw Dr. Sahol. She cleaned Evelyn’s wound and eyes, gave her fluids, and prescribed medication. She gave us a comprehensive treatment plan and detailed instructions for home care. Shawntel also worked with Dr. Sahol and was so caring too.

Dr. Sahol saved Evelyn’s life. Every veterinarian should be as caring, knowledgeable, and competent as she is.

The office team—Taylor, Myles, and Laura, are so helpful and friendly, they fit us in that very same day for an appointment. And they immediately put us at ease when we walked into the office.

Now almost two months later Evelyn is mostly recovered, and Dr. Sahol continues to support us every step of the way.

I have been to many other vets . This vet office is white glove service. During my dog’s surgery I received many updates about her progress. Everyone at the front desk is extremely kind!! They really love on your pet and help you understand their medical needs !

From the staff that greet you on the phone to walking in the front door the staff is great!!! I have had the most comforting care with all the vets from having to put down one of our dogs to a few years later welcoming in another special foster failure to our family!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!!

For a year we've brought our dogs to this vet. We moved here from San Diego and we expected it to be challenging to schedule appointments (always long waits where we came from). I was pleasantly surprised at how fast we were able to get in to see the techs and the vet if need be- still are. I think we've seen all of the vets here (0 complaints all super nice and helpful), but our favorite is hands down Dr. McGuigan. He will literally come into the examine room and sit on the floor with our dogs. These are the Vets you want to ask questions to, because they will explain everything in detail and I feel better with the knowledge gained (one time I asked to see an EKG and they explained everything to me). I think the prices here are fair, and I can honestly say I've never felt that they recommended something outrageous for our dogs. The Vet techs and front desk are so patient and kind (shoutout to Bonnie she's so freakin' funny). The ONLY downfall at this practice is the Rx are on paper so if you're ordering off of Chewy or PetMeds you do have to mail that in- not the end of the world though. Other than that I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks for helping us keep our girls healthy and happy!

Went to Rancocas Vet today for the first time and was very happy with my experience. The prices were fair. The staff was very friendly from first entering to leaving. Dr. Bush was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in her explanation of next steps for my dog, Theo and I. We will be returning as our Primary Care Vet!

Everyone there was welcoming abd very pleasant. We all shared some laughs, and the doctor was excellent and very hands on. 10 times better than any previous visits to Banfield Pet Hospital. Banfield has lost a customer, and RVA has a new one. Thank you for everything RVA!

Great Service !!! Reasonable Prices and Friendly Staff. I took my young German Shepherd puppy there a few weeks ago and everything went really well.Highly Recommended !!!.:)

Dr. McGuigan is amazing! They actually take time here and listen to what you're saying about your animals and work with you to come up with treatments/solutions. They try to educate and help you and they get right to the point of treating your furry family members. We have a rowdy bunch that we started taking here and they are so nice and accommodating to your pets. The best experience I've ever had in a doctors office (even counting my own doctor appointments lol) They are fairly priced as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We called for an after hour emergency for our baby goat and Dr. Casie Riegel was literally fantastic! She was the on call doctor and was prompt with responding. She was honest and helpful with our goat’s prognosis.

We have been taking our pets here for several years. What I love the most is how quickly you can get an apt if your pet is injured or acting out of the norm. We also rescue cats and the team at Rancocas is incredible handling feral animals.

First timer, brought my Guinea pig here and was promptly seen. Very professional and treated us with kindness and care! Not to mention the visit and his multiple meds were so inexpensive. So happy to find a small animal vet I can be confident about, thank you so much!

This place is lovely,I’ve just started going here. Though my first time here was on a more morbid note the staff were more than friendly and understanding with me and my grief. My second time was very nice and they were wonderful with my dog despite the fact she was a little afraid. :)

Had a pleasant and positive experience from the time we walked through the door with our dog who was bleeding from being an bitten by another dog. She was panting and bleeding all over the room but the staff was so understanding telling us not to worry they would have the room cleaned. Three of the staff came in and were so attentive treating her with TLC, talking to her calmly and soothing, all while cleaning and bandaging her wounds. And I appreciated that they made time for her emergent visit despite having scheduled appointments. She is all better now; we are incredibly grateful for taking good care of her!!!
