My husband and I were first time home buyers and Mike Eagan was wonderful.We had no idea what we were doing and he walked us threw everything perfectly. We looked at every single house available for months and mike was so patient and kind with us and our children. He made what could potentially be a very stressful experience easy, fun and memorable. We now own the house of our dreams thanks to him. If your looking for an honest patient and highly experienced realtor Mike Eagan is a great choice!

Mike Eagan is TOTALLY unprofessional. My agent submitted an offer on a property, and days later, still no response. Then finally sends a response saying he got the offer and submitted to his client. More days go by, as my agent is trying to reach him daily, and still nothing. My agent asks for seller to sign a doc showing that he at least received the offer......still nothing. About 10 days later, my agent finally receives correspondence, but with it saying he doesn't recall getting any further correspondence from the agent, and now there are multiple offers, and there is no need for him to provide any further documentation.

This guy is a CLOWN!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from anything he "represents". There should be a "0 star" rating option here.....to match his correspondence efforts. ZERO!

No one should deal with this agency unless you want to get screwed by the owner. You should not trust the broker. Mike lies all the time, including in response to reviews. Just stay away.
