I was very skeptical about Hunters flooring after ordering my new floors from Lowes and they assigned them, I read the reviews and almost cancelled because of them. That would have been a huge mistake, I went forward with the install because a lot of the reviews were about employment and not actual projects. Well my floors are an actual project and Hunters flooring was absolutely perfect, from measuring to scheduling to Install, the entire process was seemless. I am thrilled with the quality of work and time it took, im actually thinking about now doing another flooring project with Hunters being how well they handled the first.

I am currently deployed overseas in the middle east and needed new carpet and padding for my rental apt. Time was critical as a new tenant was looking to move in and I couldn't afford any mistakes with the purchase or installation. After talking with multiple companies I decided to go with Lowes because the representative was very professional and took the time to explain everything. He also kept his word about calling back and more. Was very impressed.

In short, I purchased my carpet and padding through Lowes, and Hunter's flooring did the installation. All done in less than a week at a great price. Hunter's flooring called and showed up exactly as scheduled for both the measurement and install. Job done professionally in less than a day.

They did a great job overall and i am very grateful! Thank you.

I ordered flooring through Lowe's. I am so glad Lowe's assigned my floor installation to Hunter's Flooring. I had many projects scheduled these past two years and Hunter's Flooring was the ONLY contractor without issues. They called to schedule someone to come out and map out my floors. He was on time! They called to deliver the flooring. They came on time! They talked me through the entire process when the flooring was delivered. They told me what day and time they would be back to install the floors. They came on time! The three men were extremely polite. They walked in and got right to work. They cleaned up after themselves. They had me check out their work to see if I was pleased and then I was given a business card to call if I had any questions or issues with the installation. PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSTIONAL, PROFESSTIONAL.! Before they did anything they made sure it was what I wanted. The walls were not straight but when they were finished with the floor molding, you would never know just how off the walls were. The molding cuts were precise and fit perfectly. I can not express just how happy I am with the finished project. This is one company I would highly recommend. Thank you for treating me and my property with such respect. I wish you much success with your business. You were wonderful. Thank you again.

Hunter's Flooring was subcontracted through Lowe's for my carpet install. Hunter's Flooring couldn't make the initial measurement appointment, and had to come the next day. Not a big deal. Then the install comes. I pick a day a couple weeks out as I needed to get a couple projects done before the install. They tell me I'm the only one on the calendar that day. I figure, great I'll get an early appointment window. Nope. 1-4pm appointment window. 4pm comes and goes without so much as a phone call. 445pm I get a phone call saying hey, we are 25 minutes away ok? No, not ok. I have a toddler and we are trying to get him ready for dinner and then bed. The day they did the actual install it took like 3 hours. And they thought it would be ok to show up that late? I have to cancel and reschedule for the next week. I asked for and received the early window. Guys show up at 845 and get to work, are done a little after 12. The work was well done and I really cant complain. Until i find a spot on the ground that was riddled with staples. You know how I found it? By stepping on it. I'm fine so I'm not making a big deal about it, but that was really the cherry on top of my experience with Hunter's Flooring.

To summarize, terrible to work with on scheduling, and unreliable to show up in the window. While the product was well done after the install, stepping on a bunch of staples with bare feet was a nice surprise. I'm not sure I would go with Lowe's again if Hunter's was their installer again.

Had made and appointment for 10 days out because “that’s the soonest slot” called the afternoon of appointment and wanted to reschedule for another 2 weeks later, was told I would be getting a call back from the manager ( never happened) stay clear from this business. Lowe’s “pro”. Not so sure

My appointment was set for 8-11am. They tried to tell me that my appointment was between 2-5pm. Completely u professional and unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and use a different company for your carpets

Very disappointed in the team over at Hunters. I am working with lowes to have floors put in the new house and what a terrible experience it was. The first time they sent an associate out we were told 2 days and lowes would have the estimate done. 4 days later Lowes told us they were missing 2 of the rooms in the house. Now they have to send someone out again. So they have the genius idea to send the same person to my house that messed up the first time. Again I was told 2 days and lowes would have the estimate. 4 days later lowes tells me Hunters told them they lost my measurements. Not sure how this is possible I decide to call Hunters and after being on the phone for almost an hour they tell me it was a "computer glitch" its 2021. Grow up. Now another week will go buy before I can even order the materials, let alone get someone in to put them in. What a terrible experience and what a terrible team between Hunters and Lowes. This partnership isnt working.

Wish I could give zero stars. Measurement appointment was set for re-tiling a fireplace. 4 hour window given, so I re-arranged my day. The guy did come and measured the job. 2 days later I got the call from Lowe's. Hunter's told them they no longer do fireplaces! WHY did they send someone out to measure a fireplace then?? Waste of time for me and them. Seems they pick and choose their jobs and this job was not big enough for them? I am not a happy camper. Be warned.

DO NOT USE them for a backsplash. I purchased a backsplash from Lowe's and Lowe's HAD to use Hunter's Flooring for it. The quality of the work ended up OK at best (some sloppy grout lines) but after having to wait a month for my install I get a call the day before that it had to be rescheduled. They wanted to move it another month out. Ridiculous. I complained and they squeezed me in 2 weeks later, but having to wait 6 weeks for a backsplash install was ridiculous.

Very disappointing. Anyone ever try and get hired here ?? What a clown show, I called and was handed off several times to people with no clue. Lowes uses them wow good luck with this group. Go else where..
