Food and service was great. A little more bbq sauce on ribs would have made it better.

We decided to visit here on our last night on the island for dinner. The food was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Heidi, our server, made our experience a 5 star dining extravaganza. She was so wonderful, so attentive, and on top of everything. The food was great, but it was Heidi that was amazing. She NEEDS A RAISE! We got a plethora of pastas, appetizers, and even dessert. She told us many of the desserts were made on site- the key lime pie was to die for! Make sure you get it. Thanks for a great dining experience, we will definitely be returning.

Outstanding seafood. Great selection and options. Service was very good. Atmosphere is typical beach restaurant but nicely done. BYOB. Definitely worth a visit.

Our first visit and I can say it won't be the last. We had reservations for inside seating but since it was nice out we asked if we can possible sit outside under their tent - no problem! Our server Ruby was simply a delight. She was personable and efficient . The owner was about tending her garden which added to a nice atmosphere around the tent. Dinner from start to finish was VERY GOOD!!! The clam chowder and my pistachio crusted scallops were DELICIOUS! I forgot what my husband ordered (any he is tough to please) loved his meal as well. I forgot to bring wine but they had a few choices from Sharrott Winery. Not bad. I look forward to returning each time we visit the island. Highly recommend! BTW: Don't forget to acknowledge the kitchen staff.

Great atmosphere in the veranda outside with lights and flowers. They are clearly well staffed as the restaurant runs smoothly, food comes out in a timely manner, and is all delicious. The New England Clam Chowder is amazing, and the Crab Cake is full of large pieces of crab. My mom also raved about the Tuna Bites. Waitstaff is friendly and accommodating; it is clear that they enjoy working there. Highly recommend dining here.

What an incredible first experience at the Beach House. I admit, I was a little weary given some of the reviews but with anything, I took them with a grain of salt. Really happy I did because the experience myself and my group had was nothing short of amazing.

First, the hostess was very friendly and sat us right away. We were a party of four adults and a toddler. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.

To start we ordered the house calamari which was absolutely delicious in a tomato sauce with a hint of spice. My husband also ordered the soup of the day which was shrimp and scallop bisque. He really enjoyed it and I also had a taste and have to agree it was delicious. For entrees I had the herbed French chicken, and the remainder of the party had the stuffed flounder, the Nanny's (half rack of ribs with a crab cake) and surf and turf. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

Delicious food, enormous portions, very reasonably priced for high end dining. Scallops were absolutely delicious. They’ve adapted so well with the outdoor seating. Doesn’t feel like you’re eating in the parking lot. When you order a side of mashed potatoes with your entree, be prepared for a heaping portion. Left feeling full and happy.

Wonderful meal...not inexpensive though. Small restaurant with outside seating available. BYOB. We did not bring a bottle so I don't know if there us a corking fee. Didn't see it mentioned anywhere. We had clams casino appetizer. Very nicely done. Peppers etc were cut very small. We both ordered the Corey's combo (shrimp, scallops, founder, and crab cake) which was available broiled or fried. All cooked to perfection. Crab cake was very good. They served a shrimp sauce with the dinner (for the crab) that was phenomenal. The crab was so good I didn't want to put sauce on it so I used it on the flounder. The fries were a little disappointing in that they are the starch coated ones which we do not prefer. You know how you save the last bite so that you finish on a great note? I couldn't decide what to save for the last bite...it was scallop. Tender, creamy, sweet...they were wonderful. Dessert was a brownie sundae sort of thing...Very chocolatey, very good. Wife got the apple crisp, also very good.

The service was good. Relaxed pace, not overbearing. The decor was tasteful...it was not one of those places where every square inch was fishing nets, oars, and blue marlins on the wall. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. Recommend reservations, it's not a huge place and fills up fast.

My party of 4 had a delicious dinner at The Beach House. We had reservations and were seated on time. We had a huge salad, clams as an appetizer, crab cakes, blackened salmon, and tuna. We also had a lovely waitress that was very accomodating. We would highly recommend!

Blackened Tuna steak ginger Wasabi was ridiculously good and served as I asked, rare and best serving size on the barrier island....my wife had the broiled scallops and were perfectly done and seasoned appropriately.....house wine from a local vineyard was exceptional, Cab Sav was a solid pick. The service was top notch considering I didn't have a reservation (not aware prior to arrival) and they were able to sneak me in for a table of two, I'm sure glad they were able to seat me, excellent dinner and service.

Fantastic, pleasant waite staff. Fresh seafood cooked to perfection. Jenn was great! Will return again!!

Outstanding meal from the crab cakes to the Broiled Corey’s Combo... Oh, and the surf and turf was the best I’ve ever had... Filet seasoned and cooked perfectly and the Lobster was tender and sweet tasting. The staff was incredibly attentive to the serving beverages and food, clearing tables when meals were complete and extremely kind and friendly.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at the beach house! We ate outdoors and it was romantic and had so much ambiance. The steamed clams were to DIE for!! They melted in my mouth and it was so delicious. I will definitely go back next time I’m at the shore!

The Beach House is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat on LBI and here's why- The menu includes several delicious seafood options including the crab cake stuffed flounder. Yes, crab cake stuffing! My daughter-in-law selected this option after I had ordered the tuna, but when I saw the (you know) crab cake stuffing part, I changed my order. The waitress was very pleasant about this and finished taking the rest of the orders. The Beach House serves the salad "family style" and it is delightful! I love the way they bring bottles of balsamic or honey mustard or what-ever-you-order salad dressing to the table. Bread is fresh and served warm! They get everything right! Finally, I must mention the fact that we had headed to a different restaurant (one that doesn't take reservations- as so many do not on LBI) but found out we would have a 2 hour wait. Ugh! We remembered how much we had loved the Mother's Day dinner we had at The Beach House so I called them- the hostess told me that they would have a booth waiting for us when we arrived! How sweet is that! We will definitely be returning to The Beach House soon for another delicious and pleasant evening!

Our first time dining at The Beach House. The Monday & Tuesday early bird dining is a great incentive and the food is delicious! The menu has a variety for any palate and the byob is always a plus. The service and employees are helpful and cheery. We will definitely be back!

Incredible food! Some of the best I’ve had on LBI. Crab cakes were out of this world and the chocolate chip cookie lava cake is a must-have! My fiancé and I are looking forward to many more date nights here :)

Casual, but classy, this restaurant has consistently excellent food. The sauteed scallops are great, but so is everything on the menu. The only drawback is the price, which is more than most places on already expensive LBI. Still, it's worth going to on a special occasion.
