Owner is very capable and honest. Great service and fair price. I would definitely stick to this shop for future car maintenance. I needed oil change. They are very fair about pricing. My car have some other minor issues such as low tire pressure, etc. The owner took care of them.

Just gave them a call inquiring about a pre-purchase inspection I was looking to have done. They asked where I was getting the car from and were truthful in suggesting the fact I probably don't even need one done due to the reputation of the dealership I'm buying from, but if I still wanted one, they offered to at a much more fair price than local certified dealerships did. They could've very easily gave me a price and done some quick inspection just to pocket a few bucks but instead were honest and real in their opinion. I don't live in the area or else this simple transaction would've been enough to give them a shot the next time I need something done to my car.

I recently needed a complete brake system repair on MY BMW X5. I wish to thank Bob's for doing an excellent job and costing less than 50% of what BMW would have charged.
Not only did the complete the job faster than they estimated. The did an excellent job and charge me a much more reasonable price than BMW.
This is not the first time I have work done on my BMW by this shop, and each time they did thr job excellent, took good care of my vehicle during the time they were working on my car..

I highly recommend before having any basic mechanical repairs or maintenance done on your foreign try this shop first as the treat pepper honestly, fairly, and can help you save lots of money over car dealers typical costs for basic maintenance and repairs.

Great experience with Wayne on getting a new starter for my Audi. Very quick service -- was expecting things to take a few days but ended up getting the car back right before closing! They provide a 2-year warranty as well which is great for peace of mind with our older car. Thank you Wayne and Bob!

I showed up without an appointment because my car started making a terrible metallic sound a few hours prior. I was asked to leave the car for the day but given I am not from the area and came in because of proximity and good reviews, I told him I couldn't but wondered if he thought it was okay for me to drive an hour home. He came outside to listen to the noise and immediately realized what it was (a rock lodged behind something metal) and fixed it on the spot!

He didn't have to take the time to come outside to listen to the noise given his busy day but he did and it ended up keeping my work day on track and costing nothing (although of course I gave him something). This would have me coming back!

Bob and son Wayne always provide excellent auto service and repairs with a friendly manner. This is a rare combination and explains why we have been loyal customers for 25 years.

I made an appointment with Bob's Auto Services to have a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I intend to purchase. Wayne was very accommodating, patient, and responsive in emails and over the phone and with email when I brought up the concerns I had about the vehicle.

I wasn't able to be at the appointment myself, as I live about 1 hour away, but he called me right after the inspection to address my concerns and go over his findings. He was thorough and willing to discuss at some length questions I had.

The price was a very good value for the service I received.

Granted, I did not get any repairs or work done on a vehicle, but if Wayne's mechanic skills are anything like the experience I had, I'm sure it would be of high quality. 10/10 would recommend.

He helped our daughter ,who is away at college. Her car was acting up and we didn't want her driving home without it being looked at. We found Bob on line with great reviews. Her transmission fluid ended up being low so he filled it up so she could make it home. He was so nice . We will definatley use him again. It's good to know there are good , honest people out there.

Definitely the best auto repair place I have been to! The repair took only a couple of hours, and they were very friendly. It also cost less than half of what the dealership would have charged me—great value! I would definitely recommend Bob's to anyone in the area.

Nothing but good things to say about Bob's. I have brought both my cars here for various unrelated issues. Wayne is always courteous and honest in his inspection, not trying to sell unnecessary repairs or services. If you want very reliable and reasonably-cost work done on your car, bring your car to Bob's.

Have used these guys, a family business since moving to nj 4yrs ago. Their work is excellent, very fair priced, and fast service as well. I would recommend them from an oil change to your most challenging problem, and I'm sure they will be able to fix it to your complete satisfaction.

As always, fast friendly service, and reasonably priced. Just make sure to call ahead to make sure they can fit you in! Rear brakes, parts/labor together were less than just labor at some shops.

Really nice, honest & professional. They are also very accommodating and have scheduled me in for last minute auto issues on several occasions. I recommend this place to my friends and family.
