Sleep Inn & Suites Roseburg North Near Medical Center

Had an issue with a hotel we checked into ended up leaving and coming to the sleep inn and the front desk guy Alex was amazing and helped us out and gave us a 10% Discount added to our room to make sure we had the best experience with our kids and mainly needed the pool and hot tub for us to have something to do. The other hotels pool was down and that’s the only reason we went there. Alex was a real awesome guy so friendly we gave him a tip he was so awesome we need more people like him in this world very polite down to earth and extremely helpful. I’ll def be coming back to this hotel because of him!!

I have always had a good experience every time I stayed. The rooms are always clean, the hotel is nice and clean, even the laundry room is clean! the hotel is safe. it's always the same people working that go above and beyond for their jobs, everyone that works there is great! the breakfast is great! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly.
I stayed one night and left my clothes in my room, but they were safely delivered to my Canadian home.
The room was clean at a good price and the location was convenient as it was next to the highway.
Next time I have the chance, I would like to stay one more day.

I came from Michigan for a witness case and was very happy with the 5 days here. The services were very kind and respectful. Alex did amazing at making sure everyone was happy and having a good time. I Thank him a lot for everything. The rooms were very nice and most definitely relaxing, an being able to open the windows and have a amazing view of the mountains. I definitely recommend a stay here. For the price you can not complain. Hot tub and pool was used every day. So definitely worth the price. And would 100% stay again next time I'm in Oregon.

This place was so clean! Everything worked. Not one single problem or issue during my long stay.. If I didn't know better, I wouldn't believe this hotel is even on Roseburg at all. It's way above and beyond my expectations. Every single employee here was AMAZING. They were all so understanding and kind, seemed to love their jobs and are so excellent at what they do. I was here quite a while and I think I met and interacted with everyone from front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants, maintaince, management. Pretty hard to find a team like this anywhere. I can't thank them enough. They all have the right attitude to provide excellent customer service and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. 🙏❤ Thank you Sleep Inn!

Also would like to add, the pool is open until midnight. There is laundry and fitness room, hot breakfast. At any hotel I've ever been to you do need to request service the day before if you will need housekeeping, as a stay over. So the person saying that in the other review about not getting daily housekeeping may not know how hotels work. You can easily trade out your garbage for new garbage bags and towels when you see the housekeeping carts on your floor or whatever else you need. The housekeeping folks are beyond accommodating.

Best breakfast ever! Two different kinds of eggs. Two types of waffles, with tons of toppings. Four types of juice, including POG! The rooms are very clean and the pool and hot tub are open until midnight. I don’t know why you would anyone would stay elsewhere!

I’m here with my family, and the breakfast is more condensed but still fabulous! So many options! I love the fresh eggs!

The hotel and people was amazing here, I fully recommend going, the staff were considerate and kind, and the rooms were welcoming! It was like a home away from home!

Had a great stay here on a road trip! Room was clean and pleasant, location was super convenient to I-5, and the breakfast was excellent (we especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs and Belgian waffles). Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Just stopping through on my way down south and the location was perfect, rooms were nice, and breakfast was amazing. Free parking. My one and only complaint would be that my room didn’t have a tub 😞 I wanted a nice soak last night. But there was a hot tub downstairs but I didn’t bring my suit. The lack of bathtub would not make me rate it less though.

We were on a road trip (from Sacramento), and Sleep Inn was a welcome respite from driving. It also made a great base camp for seeing the sights all around, like the wildlife safari 15 mins away. 😀 The folks at the counter were super sweet. 10/10, can't wait to stay here again. ☺

Front desk was quick and polite. Housekeeping was friendly. Room were clean and quiet. Breakfast was eggs and biscuits and gravy and self made waffles. Definitely an 8 plus. Definitely a place to rest after Crater Lake.

My family and I stayed here on two separate occasions, from May 9th 2023 -May 11th 2023, then again from June 13th 2023 -June 15th 2023.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We booked two rooms during our stay. With us girls in one suite and my father in his separate single room just 3 doors down from us. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This hotel has:
There is a pool and hot tub on first floor.
The pool doesn't have a lifeguard so you shouldn't leave children unattended or swim alone. With bathrooms just about 2 doors down from pool room.
Vending and ice on 2nd floor.
Breakfast and coffee/tea on first floor/lobby.
Meeting rooms available
Exercise rooms available
And self laundry services as well on 1st floor.
They have a nice lobby area to sit in with comfortable seating.

Housekeeping is upon request due to covid. They were wonderful and accommodating.

Breakfast from 6am to 9:30am that is great for a grab and go Breakfast or a dine in.
The staff is friendly and professional.

My family and I were completely surprised by how well we were treated by staff especially the front desk manager Kacey who ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay, as I informed Kacey that we were staying in this hotel because I was to have oral surgery near by and would be also staying a day or two for healing afterwards. It is management like Kacey that makes staying here comfortable and like a home away from home.

My family and I highly recommend anyone to stay here especially families! It is conveniently located by grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, restaurants, medical offices and much more! The hotel pricing was fair and affordable and they honored my father for being a Veteran and gave him a discount.

We will definitely be coming back again!

We were traveling up to WA and this was the perfect place to stop after a long day of driving. The room was very spacious! The carpet looks old but it did not appear dirty. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing!

The staff was very nice people. It’s not a luxurious hotel by any means but everything works and towel and sheets were clean. WiFi works well too. They offer modest complimentary breakfast also.

First of all the evening staff and morning staff were SO kind, friendly, helpful. There breakfast is the best actually!! The pool my daughter & I loved. Room little smaller & no tub but didn't matter.

Everything was exceptional. We were there for three nights, and everything was clean. The employees were great any and every time we spoke with them. Very helpful.

The only thing that was not so great, was the constant sound of traffic, since this facility sits between Interstate 5 and a major street.

Our stay was fantastic. Ignore the people who write ridiculous bad reviews! The beds are comfortable with multiple pillows! Clean, large showers are soo much better than typical gross tubs that no one ever uses anyway! The breakfast is complementary (but they do have a sign about paying for extra plates-seems odd but at the same time deters people from allowing their children to waste food!). Parking lot has lots of room for trucks and people with trailers!!

Wonderful hotel! Delightful staff that are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They are all taking amazing Covid-19 precautions- in the public spaces and in the private rooms. Serving individually packaged breakfast. Pool open for your people only in 45 minute intervals. Housekeeping is limiting access to private rooms for only when necessary but you can trade out towels and garbage cans without personal contact. The room was very nice. Small TV and large shower. Effective environmental controls. Have a full mini fridge (no freezer) and coffee pot in the room was also a nice touch. We were housed on the parking lot side and not the freeway side and had no issue with noise. The Manager who worked Easter Sunday was a delightful woman. I love staying in Sleep Inns and this one while new to me was no exception to the high quality that I have grown to love and expect.

Service was great. The staff actually went out of their way to make sure our stay was good. Pool and hot tub open till 2am for adults - kids kicked out at 10pm so adults could have quiet time. Great Move! Rooms are smaller, but very nicely furnished with modern decor. Breakfast was fresh - scrambled eggs made to order, fresh potatoes, sausage, waffles, etc. All hot, fresh and good. One of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had. Nothing I could find wrong on this place. Would stay here again in a second.

I am so happy I booked this hotel on a whim! Fabulous service, room was so spacious and welcoming! So many pillows! I usually have to request more but not here! Pool is very kid friendly and warm and spa is HOT! I forgot my phone charger at home and they graciously let me borrow a personal employee charger! Due to Covid breakfast was limited but the burrito was so good! I stayed in a 1st floor room on the freeway side and road noise was minimal and I just ran the fan all night to help! Staff is as amazing and kid friendly! So excited to return!
