Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park

Had the funeral and burial of my brother yesterday. The staff and facilities at kraft-graceland were perfect.John the director, provided exceptional service and understanding.They sure made a difficult time much easier.

Not as nice as Cave Hill but everything being equal it is a very beautiful place. I wouldn't mind being buried there myself but that again I'm not planning on leaving as I'm going to live forever or maybe the next day or two one never knows what tomorrow may bring.

Very helpful with our pre planning.

We have many family members buried here so we have been coming here for years. The cemetery is a beating place. My only complaint is over the last several years it seems to be not taken care of as it once was. Around the head markers is sloppily weed eated. The roads need fixing.

Unprofessional staff. Brought my friends creamains bouncing along a utility cart, no place at grave side set up to place her. A wooden plyboard, her children and loved ones gathered there

Absolutely horrible. The worst experience we have ever had with a cemetery. They dictate what type of headstone you can place for your loved one. They dictate when you can put flowers at your loved one's gravesite. Post signs with deadline to remove flowers, from gravesites. When your grieving, and go to remove the flowers you placed, you find they had already removed, and disposed of flowers. The most uncompassionate, inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this cemetery to anyone.
