The pre-arranged and pre-paid services made things easier for those left behind and relieved quite a bit of stress during a difficult time. The facility is nice, and accessible to those with mobility issues. I was comfortable and made to feel at ease during this life transition. The staff is very professional and ensures all questions are answered.

When my husband passed the Kraft family was there for me in every way. During a sad and stressful time I could count on them for a smile. This may seem like a small thing to some but it was very comforting to me. I will never be able to thank all of the people that are employed at Kraft/Graceland. My family have used Kraft for almost every death in our family since the 70s or 80s. The last 2 years I've buried my Mom, Dad and Grandmother. Drew Kraft was very accommodating and empathetic with the services for my Mom and Grandmother. Julie was an absolute angel and just an amazing welcoming spirit with my Dad's services. They both made the hardest things i've ever had to do, feel like a respectful celebration of life.

Everyone was extremely professional and thoughtful. They made the process simple and efficient. Losing a loved one is a difficult time, but Kraft made the arrangements so easy.

Kraft took the time to be considerate of our feelings at the loss of our family member. Kraft provided options of services and was very thorough at letting us know of everything available to us and what they would do to help us which is important. They have been very supportive from beginning to end and following up with us afterwards to see if there's anything else we may need. My family has used Kraft several times in the past and I would recommend them in the future.

We are grateful to the staff at Kraft for the ways in which they walked us through the process of honoring our loved one. We are thankful for their knowledge, kindness, and compassion that they showed to our family. We felt that Kraft did a wonderful job from planning to the presentation of our loved one.

My mother was very sick and after a month long battle in the hospital she passed away on April 7, 2022. From the very first phone call my dad and I made to Kraft the staff went above and beyond to help us with every step. The arrangement appointment, visitation, service, and burial was handled with aspects of compassion, and professionalism.
They worked with the family to help in all our needs, and ensured that my mom had a celebration of life that reflected the wonderful impact she had on her family and friends. The aspect of death, and all that comes with it is something that we don't like to think about, especially when we lose someone that means so much to us, and the grieving process begins to hit, however when that time comes you need a place that provides the family with guidance, and compassion at such a vulnerable time. You want your loved one to be treated with grace and dignity.
Kraft provided all of these things for my dad, myself, and other members of the family so that we could say celebrate my mother the way she needed to be.

Kraft is a family run business that exceeds expectations. They are not a franchise that operates by a set rule, by that I mean we were scheduled to have visitation for my mother from 5-9, I had multiple family members coming from far out of town to attend. We were visiting and never once were we asked to look at the time, asked to leave, asked to take it outside cause it was late. They were very respectful and courteous to every need, question and concern we had. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Highly trained and qualified staff to assist with everything you may need.

Krafts have been so very helpfull, compassionate, and loving to my family and I in this time of bereavement and so respectful of my husband's remains. I would like to sincerely thank you and the staff for your services.

Professionalism, understanding of situations and emotions taken into account here. All staff members were willing to make our visitation and funeral the most meaningful and memorable for us. All needs were addressed and provided with care. Super experience with our Celebrant, Kathy Porter. Kraft came through with flying colors when we needed them to. Thank you from myself and my family.

Our mother, as well as, our step-father had prearranged funerals at Kraft. At that time, the professionalism and the courtesy of the staff were exceptional. When the time came for our parents to be laid to rest, first with our step-father and recently with our mother, the same professionalism and courtesy were extended again.
With our mother, John was our adviser, along with Sahara, and getting through the final steps of planning were less stressful than anticipated to an already stressful day and we were comfortable in every aspect of the "to do" list that faced us.
Our parents are in their final resting places and the family takes comfort in knowing everything turned out as they would have wanted.

The remodeling that Kraft has done is beautiful. We love that the lounge is close to the visitation room and on the main floor. As always, Kraft is the best! They are the most professional and caring staff around! Wonderful job to everyone to took care of our mother!
