Looks like a small store but man is this place packed to the gills with wine and crafts. Male sure you look in every nook and cranny to find what you need. Frank at the front desk is a local kid with a great sense of humor.

Stopped there once for a 30 pack of domestic beer (Pabst), as it was conveniently right next to a Stop and Shop supermarket where we were shopping. I figured it might be a buck more at the worst, so no big deal, right?
It was over $3.00 more than any other liquor store in the area. I'm sure the rest of the prices were equally escalated outrageously as well. I know prices differ, but c'mon. Play in the same ballpark!

HOW TO LOSE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER: As a Ringwood resident, I had been a faithful customer to this liquor store for 20 years until this just happened. When using my CC to purchase two items from the store, I was not offered the option of a hard copy receipt at the register and failed to notice I was being charged $77 for my purchase. It is only once at home that I noticed the unexpected charge on my online bank account ... Thinking it had been a mistake I returned to the store the following day ... Employees present in the store indicated that out of the 2 items, the high charge was due to a bottle of 2015 Beringer Quantum wine ($44). They also witnessed the absence of price tag on the bottles and the inappropriate price marking on the wine display case (it was marked $20...something) They indicated they would talk to their Manager the next day so I could return the bottle (they even took my phone number so their Manager could call me at work...which did not happen).
When I returned to the store the following day with the unopened bottle, I was told I could not get a refund for legal reason.....
I sincerely believe the store was at fault for not exhibiting the correct price and for not calling me to apologize. My advice to fellow customers is to always ask for a hard copy receipt at the cash register and to thoroughly check the price of your purchases ....... It is unfortunate but I do not intend to return to this conveniently located store again because of the management's obvious lack of understanding and courtesy. FYI, I just noticed that the exact same wine is available in numerous other liquor stores for less than $30.....considering the amount I paid and the waste of time, it better be good!
