I love hanging out here. The pool area is amazing. The food is amazing. The games are amazing. The rooms are top notch. If I've ever had an issue they fix it. They have always been good to me.

Am staying here. Really nice rooms other than I really like hot water for showers; was not hot enough for me. Parking great in parking garage; no walking in the snow. Food excellent and plentiful. Have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. WARNING: if you get the nachos in the restaurant on the gaming floor, make sure there will be several eating them. They are awesome but enough for several people. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Just stopped in to check out the Casino amd eat at Gordan Ramsay's Steakhouse. Was pretty fun. First time in a big casino. Best time was at the Roulette table. Will return and maybe stay in the hotel next time.

Amazing staff,very friendly dealers, rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable. The only complaint is that the room only comes with 3 pillows. At check-in, just ask for extra pillows to be sent up to your room. Please be sure to tip you hospitality staff for bring up your pillows.
My wife and I stay here 20+ nights a year, and it never disappoints.

I one time didn't have the best experience here one time but that was only once out of several visits. After some time & some learning with a different perspective & realize more or the ins & outs of the business & I will say overall the company/ casino is courteous & professional & I have almost always had a pleasant experience when there! I appreciate the employees & the management!

Conner at front desk delivered outstanding customer service. The best I've experienced in years. Incredibly efficient, great sense of humor, brightened the day. Bartender, Chad, at Gordon Ramsay, was a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. Knowledgeable, extremely accommodating, and very inviting personality. Food was phenomenal. Highlight of stay.

We love Caesar's. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish their were better food choices. Affordable food choices...we leave the hotel to eat elsewhere because of the cost.

We came to Caesars Casino November 27, 2023 for our anniversary. The front desk staff were very friendly when we checked in to our room. We liked the cleanliness of the room and the bed slept comfortably. We also enjoyed all of our meals at The Grill inside the casino. We even ordered breakfast through room service. It came quickly and was delicious. We enjoyed our time here.

We celebrated our anniversary just this past weekend @ Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Caesar's Casino in Louisville, KY. It was an enjoyable experience indeed!
Putting aside star power & prestige, the food @ Gordon Ramsay's restaurant is really phenomenal! Hands down!!👌
His signature dish, Beef Wellington is to die for! While the Sticky Toffee Pudding was just heaven!! Both dish will blow you away!👏👏
Overall it was a high quality meal, well thought out & very precise! Definitely 1 of the best Michellin Starred restaurants experience we had! Worth every last penny! Highly recommended & we will surely come back again!

I really like this casino, maybe except for location not being near louisville and traffic can be bad getting too and from. But once you're there, all good. I've been a couple times to watch the derby city classic and it is a pool players dream.

As always and amazing stay. We always get 2 sandwiches for the ride home. Enjoy date was 12/30. We thought ok,it's today. The roast beef was spoiled. The date in the chicken wraps was 12/30. It was ok. I looked forward to the beef and noodles that we enjoyed 3 weeks ago. They said that they feature different items. Ok I get that. Then to have my favorite sandwich spoiled was not good. I will for now on ask to see the dates before leaving.

This is my favorite casino!! Staff are very friendly, including the hosts. I find the slots fun, and the casino actually lets you play! Rooms I stay in are basic but clean. Long walk from hotel to casino, and the escalators are usually broken. Food is good, and caesars incentives are amazing from gift cards to gifts to tvs to trips. Thank you, caesars, for the entertainment

Easy and spacious to get to and maneuveraround. Service was great my first experience. Hotel rooms were also nice! Casino was huge lol kind of like how the casino/Hotel isn't in a big city, but more secluded from the world. Overall a great experience for my first time! I'm not super extroverted either, I went on a weekend but despite that & social anxiety, i enjoyed myself! If you've never been gambling and nervous/worried, it IS a fun time even if you don't like gambling :)

Had a blast there when I stayed. The hotel room was very comfortable and the safe that's included is so awesome. Got room service and it was a damn strong 4/5 rating. The people there are great.

Plenty of parking, nice room, check in was fine, staff was nice. Aroma Grill was abit overwhelmed in morning for breakfast. The gift shop doesn't open to 12p on Friday which I found strange as I wanted to get something. The pool and hot tub are nice, the only thing with no security there was a group of men one in a hoodie going out another door in pool area not the door from hotel and it was abit uncomfortable.

I just went for a trip one night to gamble for a bit. Being from kentucky I have to travel a bit for a casino. I really enjoyed this one.

It has wolf run eclipse and a different variation called wolf run gold that treated me a bit nicer. Of course there’s the buffalo games as well as texas holdem no limit 8 person tables.

I’m used to going to Las Vegas and this honestly wasn’t much different variety wise. I also saw that they have Gordan Ramsey Steak and, while it was closed when I went, I believe I can get A5 Wagyu there, a delicacy I’ve been trying to find for a bit. $40/oz seems to be pretty fair if it’s top quality. I didn’t experience the rooms, and I will say, be very knowledgeable about where you park. Other than that,

Give Caesar’s Southern Indiana a chance. You’ll probably enjoy it.

Went to Caesars Casino Southern Indiana for the first time, and it was a very nice place and a good time. Didn't leave with any winnings, but since it was my first time there, within a week after being there I received an email informing me that I had over a $100 worth of free play. So I will be definitely going back to visit and play with my free play money that they have given me. It's a great place to visit and enjoy some time away from your usual area of living, so I highly recommend visiting and checking it out

Love the promotions, specifically the point multipliers, and if you play enough, you can get all your meals free!
