Omg the white bean chili is DELICIOUS! The soups change daily, but they serve this chili on Thursdays -- I would come back for this and their homemade wheat bread alone! Nice selection of sandwiches and salads at affordable prices. Lively atmosphere and friendly staff.

The food and service here are very good. Indeed! Janet, our waitress was absolutely wonderful! she recommended the Marion very pie and it was some of the best I have ever had!

I always love The Sage. The absolute best homemade wheat bread, amazing creamy broccoli and cheese soup, delicious salads and sandwiches, AND they're always consistent with excellent quality and freshness.

They have very tasty sandwiches and soups. The bread is homemade every day and yummy.

Fantastic! Our party of four arrived shortly after 11:00 and had to wait for a table. A popular place. The wait was worthwhile.

Everyone in our party was pleased. Cobb salad. BLT & avocado. Ham sandwich with sweet/spicy mustard. Club sandwich. Creamy broccoli soup. Corn chowder. All delicious.

My friend said, "That was the best Arnold Palmer I've ever had."

The wait staff was pleasant and attentive without being obtrusive.

I've been eating here since 1977. The broccoli cheese soup and the homemade bread are their calling card. However EVERY sandwich is phenomenal and the salads are no slouch. ONLY open for lunch. So get there before 2pm.

Sage is probably my favorite restaurant ever. I've been going since the late 80s. Their bread is homemade and so freaking good! Their cream of broccoli soup is homemade and SO FREAKING GOOD! My go to sandwich is the veggie with dill cream cheese, sunflower seeds, carrots and cucumbers. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

Staff is friendly & accommodating. Food is always excellent. Wish it were open on weekends 😊

This is a darling little restaurant, it reminds me of the days when department stores had restaurants on their mezzanine or top floor of the building. Servers were great. Food was great.
Additionally, the store that's in the same building as the restaurant is a delight with a wide array of products.

Got there at 11:00. Few people. Service was quick and friendly. Good broccoli soup. Bread was also good. The bowl if soup and one half slice of bread and I was stuffed.

We popped in here in the middle of a wine tour per a recommendation. It was very good. Bread is homemade. I would request “double the meat” for my sandwich. More protein to go with the carbs. Others had a cup of soup with their sandwich and they liked it as well.

Great lunch spot. Everyone there is so nice and the prices are very reasonable.

This place is known for their hospitality and broccoli soup. Please take the time to enjoy both while in the area! We walked in late but staff went above and beyond to still feed us their delicious cuisine. Cindy went above and beyond for our starveling traveling selves and it was a wonderful experience.

So is this McMinnville fine dining? No, but it does homemade soups and sandwiches as well as anyone. Walking up the stairs to the restaurant is like walking back in time to the Cafe I used to visit with my grandfather when we'd go into town for our shopping.

My sister and I love to go here on our girls day out. They have the best salads and soups ever! I'm so glad she introduced me- a new comer to town- to this wonderful place! Thank you ladies for such a great atmosphere and most yummy food!! This is our forever spot.

Food was great. I had a roast beef sandwich and my wife had the gobbler. I had the tomato vegetable soup and my wife had the cream of broccoli. Again the food was delicious. Would eat there again.
