Touch of Class Outlet Store

Found my perfect set of Queen sheets for $20! 1000 thread count. Their selection for King Sheets were down in quantity, but they get new stock weekly. Awesome place to shop . Beautiful decor as well!!!

I have been shopping at the 4th street store for years and I love it! Brenda S. the floor manager goes out of her way to be helpful. I bought several sheet sets years ago that I still use. My husband and I have a ministry that provides free housing for traveling missionaries. We have 12 homes for them and I am always proud to point out to visitors that the linens in the homes come from Touch of Class. So thank you Touch of Class you make me look good!

We drove to Huntingburg Indiana (side trip from Owensboro Kentucky) to go to the Touch of Class Outlet Store. For a guy- the store is laid out really nice. A friendly staff & good deals abound throughout the store.
The variety of curtains, shams, toppers, bed skirts, duvets and more are available in every color and pattern imaginable! Furniture, lamps, shelves... Everything in the catalog in one place- it's great.
It's a repeat destination as often as we can get there! Highly Recommended!

I love Touch of Class. I shopped there regularly when I lived in Dubois Co. furnished most of my house from there. Now that I live somewhere else I stop In every chance I get when I come back for a visit. I especially like the furniture outlet. I’m always treated well and feel like a VIP.

Love the outlets stores. The staff is very helpful and friendly. they securely package everything you purchase. I was very dissappointed that the second outlet store has not reopened. Hoping for it to reopen soon as they have some very unique and gorgeous items in that store.

Placed an order on December 3rd for Christmas decorations, paid 29.99 shipping on an order of $315 and all items were shown to be in stock. Did not receive the items till the 14th even though the website says shipping time is 2-3 days for in stock items. Called Customer service and after a wait time of about 12 minutes was informed that they don't know what happened as the items were in stock and that they will email an update within 24 hours. December 17th and no updates, wait time is 15 minutes and customer service bouncing me from one person to next even though I selected the correct extension for order status. First time ordering from these guys to support a company other than Amazon, what a mistake, clearly Amazon is a better choice with better accountability and customer service too! So an update , customer service person 'Kaitlyn' told me items are still unshipping and will ship out "tomorrow" when I tried to ask about the 2-3 day shipping advertised for unstuck item she cut me off before I could finish my sentence and then again 2 times and REFUSED TO CONNECT ME TO A MANAGER saying "OUR MANAGERS ARE BUSY" and AFTER THAT SHE JUST WENT OFF THE CALL AND HAS PUT ON HOLD TO LISTEN TO MUSIC- WOW TOUCH OF CLASS SHAME ON YOU, these are Christmas decorations that you promised to deliver, at least do not employ obnoxious people to answer your calls!!

Some pretty fun and interesting thing. But a lot of damaged or partially broken. You really have to look to make sure before you buy that it is in good condition. Also, the staff/customer service is pretty bad. I went to look at the art prints in the store and was told not to touch them. (How are you supposed to look and buy if you can't touch???) also asked to see something on the top shelf (out of reach) and was given a nasty and inconvenient look. They told me to wait and never came over to help. Needless to say I left after that. I have never been so badly treated in any store I have ever been to.

I have had two horrible experiences here. The clerks are extremely rude!
