Went in with my brother to get 3 new phones on our plan, left with my brother and other half with 3 new phones, 2 new tablets, 2 new ⌚ and 2 upgraded phones. Ben was amazing to work with and so much fun, he did not try and sell us just told us our options and also SAVED us a ton of money and got some perks we didnt realize we could get!! All the staff was very friendly, wait time was minimal being black Friday. Ben your a rock star!!!

Went in for new phone here at the Jasper, IN location, had a wonderful experience, the service tech there that I talked to was very helpful, and friendly and the setup was fast and easy with them. Great selection of phones, and great deals too, would definitely recommend for phone service provider.

I had to go in a couple weeks ago because my phone screen cracked and I was ready for an upgrade...Kyle was super helpful, answered all my questions, and got me all set up in about 10 minutes. When I went back to pick up my new phone (pre-order) he and the others were awesome. The transfer from phone to phone was taking longer than usual, and it was pretty busy, but they were all very friendly, attentive, and apologetic.

This has been one of the best Verizon stored I've had experience with! The representatives are very patient and willing to work with you. Garret C. was my rep and gave me a better experience than what I could have asked for!

Had such a great experience with the help of Lee! I had never been to the store to get a new phone and was honestly not looking forward to it. Lee had everything on my old phone transferred to my new one and a case & screen protecter on in no time! He took care of everything and made the process so easy!
