This is the best storage facility in Southern Indiana. I had a unit here for 3 monthes and my stuff was kept safe, secure and dry. Anna who works here is awesome. You couldn't ask for a better customer service representative. She was concise, fast, kind and helpful anytime I had a question. Making payments online couldn't be any easier. Accessing the facility is easy and the gate work way better than any other facility's I have used. I highly recomend National Storage on Charlestown Rd.

It was great! I already had a small storage space rented, and when I suddenly had need for a larger one, I was able to quickly arrange for an over the phone. I was even able to get a larger space within the same block of spaces, making it easy to move the items I was already storing into the new space. And the lady I talked with was very friendly and helpful.

The girls were very nice up front help me with anything I needed. And I seen them almost everyday either one or the other sweeping up and cleaning I appreciate that always get nails in my tires storage units nobody likes to clean but they do. Good people to work with. great job guys.

Getting everything set up was super easy and all done online. Got an email with my gate code and unit number within a couple hours of signing up and was able to move in super easy. Plus there was a free heavy duty lock inside of the unit that was included with online setup! Not to mention the price was cheaper than anywhere in town. Highly recommend

They are very friendly and helpful. I have been with this place since 2018. I know they have new owners but they are amazing as well and made the owner switch nice and easy. They have expanded and made it bigger and nicer. I love that I can go to my unit anytime of day that I need to. I would recommend anybody to this place.

Staff are kind and courteous. They are very helpful and they do there best to make sure you are satisfied and even explained to use a moisture barrier so your stuff stays dry and the unit's are clean and maintained with no leaks. I buy storage units from auction and this is by far one of the best locations to get them.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend people to use the company if you need storage. 😊

If I could give a higher review I would. I have tried many other storage facilities and none of them have been as focused on customer service and delivering a good product as National Storage. The representatives are kind and helpful. The area is clean and secured. Both being a first for me when buying storage units!

I just had the pleasure of renting my storage unit at National Storage on Charlestown Rd. (across from McDonald Lane) with help from courteous staff members, Melissa and Jennifer. Both of these ladies went out of their way to make the process a breeze and they ensured the unit was exactly what we wanted by taking us to view “our unit“ before signing. Even with the required monthly insurance premium added ($12-16/mo) this facility is still the best deal in So. IN. Therefore I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you checking out their well-built structures for your storage needs.
