Brownsburg Ace Hardware

After visiting two big boxes and two other hardware stores, I gave Brownsburg Ace a try. I was promptly helped in a very courteous manner with my custom paint mixing by Jordan.

She was very knowledgeable and willing to try some thing she had not done before with the paint. It turned out perfect!

I will most certainly be back for any future needs. The store was well lit and well stocked and most importantly, offered great customer service.

Thank you Jordan for a wonderful experience at your store. It is quite evident that you know and care a great deal about paint, the store overall, while offering superb customer service!

As always, I was helped finding what I needed. Dusty made sure I had all I was looking for and in the correct size for my plumbing job!

After going to ace hardware a couple of times I can say that the first people there are super helpful with pointing where things are, and the cashiers were super kind and caring towards me and some other customers in front of me and it was nice to see the young guys still being nice to their costomers

Ace folks are so much better than ppl in like Menards who couldn't care less about helping you. Still, not sure how places like Ace are still up and running when having to compete with bigger hardware places. Good job friends :)

Always helpful. More than one person available to help. Yes there might be some teenagers working that are not as invested but they will still offer to help. Wish they carried more options for hand tools, like Milwaukee socket sets. Can always get a propane refill and the odds and ends a project might need.

This is a place you didn't know you needed! It's Chuck full of ideas and handy items you just gotta have but didn't know about! Come with a friend, cause your gonna be pointing out all fun neat items you run across here! The center is cozy oland stocked and it's neighborly! Stop by often if you can@

Sometimes it is just nice to go into a smaller store than Lowes. They have a huge nut and bolt section. Don’t buy paints here because it sits on the shelf for a while. Nice staff. Hometown feel.

Ace is the place with lots of fun hardware to explore, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Returns have been simple and fast.

Did you wait until the last minute to buy ice melt for an incoming winter storm? Have you been all over town looking for ice melt? You should save your gas and go straight to Ace. They have what you need....every time. Love this place. Much more like an old fashioned hardware store. Service is awesome. People act like they know you and you are one of their old friends. Plus they have tons of knowledge. Great place to spend your money.

So today, I just wanted to look for a couple small things. I really didn't want to go all the way to Lowe's or pass my work and go to Menards. So I looked up the nearest hardware store and Ace came up. Okay, I'll go to that. Was welcomed as I walked in and ask if I needed help finding anything. Love it already! Luckily everything I needed was in the first few aisles on my left. Didn't really go down all that aisles. Had a good experience the first time and will try to be back. Love supporting the smaller hardware stores. Also I got a free hat, so that another reason why I already love it! Didn't become a member but I may next time I visit!

I always forget about ACE Hardware and go to one of the big box stores out of habit. I was immediately reminded of how much better the experience is at ACE when I was greeted by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable ACE employees who walked me directly to what I was looking for. The item I needed was not available at the big box stores. The price was competitive and I even used a 15% discount to get an even better price! It is worth the extra couple of miles for me to get actual customer service.

Always friendly staff and I had gone in for a light fixture and walked out with the other things I needed for the job. I installed the light and haven't even had a single issue with it yet. The staff inside know their materials and can answer most questions for you.
5/5 would shop again.

They always have what we need. Today we purchased keys for our van, paid $4 each. Had we gone to a Toyota dealer they would have been $100 each.
