We were very pleased with the service provided before and during our piano tuning. The price was appropriate ($135 after a 15% cash discount). The Piano Shop was able to make an appointment for us during Christmas break, and in the late afternoon, to accommodate our very busy family schedule. Email replies were prompt and professional. The tuning professional, Ethan, was punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His work was precise and conscientious, and he was very kind to welcome our children to watch the mechanics of the tuning. We will definitely be returning customers.

I have had a lot of experiences with The Piano Shop. They tune my home piano and they also tune the pianos at my church. I am a pastor and was serving a church in Indiana and I hired The Piano Shop to tune our piano and then we bought a new piano from them for the church and everyone was really happy with the new sound. When I moved to Louisville I bought a new piano for my home and when I arrived at the church where I am pastor now, I discovered that my new church was already using The Piano Shop for all their piano purchases and tunings. Bought our piano, a Boston upright, last year. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with no high pressure during our shopping. We have experienced excellent service for the three tunings so far and one minor warranty service call. I recommend these folks highly, great pianos and great service.

We contacted The Piano Shop for tuning our 60-year old piano. The technician arrived promptly and advised us of the process. Because out piano had not been tuned for 30 years, it needed a couple of tunings, but now it sounds great.
